However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.

An adorable young woman ( I think her name was Jayla) approached me and asked when was the last time I was fitted for a bra. She then took me into a rom and measured. I ended up purchasing two bras ($55.00 each) so the buy one get one was a nice treat! I also bought a beautiful pair of pajamas. The store was immaculate and all the employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. My bras fit excellent and I am one happy customer!

I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me just right because of how petite I am, so it's nice they carry XS and 0 in jeans. Not just for small girls either though! They offer plus sizes as well. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. Charlotte allows me to dress cute at an affordable price, especially if it's only getting worn once or a few times. I don't feel like I'm wasting to much money. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. I went for two try on appointments and a fitting/alterations appointment. The try on appointments were a little less structured than elsewhere. One time we went over time and that wasn't an issue. They really encouraged me to try on a lot of different dresses and weren't particularly concerned with my lack of vision. There was also a lot of appointment availability, which was nice. The stylists had a good balance of commenting and helping with suggestions without being pushy. The store itself has a fairly large selection of wedding dresses, and a few sizes of a lot of them, so you can get a good idea of how they'd fit on you. There's also a decent selection of clearance dresses that are sometimes discontinued to around $300. Ultimately, I ordered a dress from the website that they didn't have in the store and I was happy with it. I brought it in to get the straps altered and it was easy to get an appointment and it was done within a month. Another fun note is that many of the David's Bridal brand dresses have pretty nice pockets, which I greatly appreciate.

With racks of summer apparel on sale, my mom was elbows-deep into linens and knits, squealing with glee over the incredible prices for beautiful clothes. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. The clothes are nice -- relaxed, casual separates and dresses with a toned-down color palate and tasteful hems. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. I have to admit it's kind of nice to be able to say I'm a size 1. The clothing style is best suited to a more mature women. They have great jackets and cover pieces and very unique costume jewelry. The sales are pretty good with clearance being marked down sometimes more than 50%. If you are a subscriber, there is often a $25 off $100 purchase coupon included in the catalog. However it usually can't be combined with sales.
