I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. His empathy, politeness, helpfulness and plain hard work were evident, as he measured my brother's feet to ensure he got the right size (my brother walked in wearing sneakers that were too big), and picked out several options for my brother to try on. Lo and behold, the first option Christian picked, fit my brother like a glove and were so comfortable that my brother didn't need to try any other pairs! Christian also displayed patience of a saint assisting my (indecisive) mother find a pair of shoes that she liked (they happened to be out of her size on the style she wanted), as she wandered throughout the store. What's even more impressive was that this young man was assisting other customers in between helping my brother and mother. There were some other employees on duty, but, during our visit, they were apparently in the back, and not directly assisting customers - at least not to the extent that Christian was. That level of service is extremely rare these days, so it is refreshing to experience it. Hopefully, Christian is working when you visit, so you will get to experience it too.

I scored one pair of Sketchers wedges for a mere $12! I was disappointed that they were out of a Sketchers wedge in a pretty blue color combo but they offered to order it for me online. That would have been awesome but a few days later I received an email that the shoe wasn't in stock and they would refund my CC. Talk about disappointing! My CC was refunded but I really wanted those shoes! Not sure why original order went through but then later they were out of stock. I will also say that although the sales people here were super nice when I brought my purchases to the register and in doing the online order they were initially really stand offish and didn't greet me when I came into the store.
