All I had to do was try on the bra and exchange because I'm having a sizing issue since losing 40+ lbs. I even let one of the measure me earlier in the week And with the size they came up with did not work so I bought it back to exchange for different size but it was a problem for the person who rang me out today, I never want her to ring my items up again. I don't even want communication with her anymore D/T lack of Customer Service Skills & patience. I am going to find out her name and report her to corporate. If you're not happy doing your job then you need to find a job that you're happy doing. I'm not gonna let the experience I had with one sales rep ruined my shopping experiences with this women's clothing chain, because there are several Nice & Friendly Sales Rep who work there. Whoever the manager is for this store needs to have an employee check in service to check their attitudes

I can't afford to shop there regularly, but their bi-annual sales are legendary. Everything eventually comes down to 75% off. The staff are friendly and cheerful and very classy for this sleepy town (but I'm biased- some of them are Wake students). I should also mention the location- a shocking pink former gas station on the strip of Reynolda Road inhabited by Pink Mink, Fabians, 1703 and the Krankie's silver bullet. A must-stop for anyone driving back to the West End or Downtown from campus on a Friday afternoon. After you've finished sipping your iced coffee and blown your money on the summer sale, drive a bit further down Reynolda towards the west end and reward your exertion with a gelato from Cafe Gelato.
