I showed Jillian a picture of exactly what I wanted. It took 6 weeks for manufacturing. Shower doors were installed on December 26, 2025 with a rounded header. Jillian advised that the manufacturer did not make a square header. Well, that should have been said during the 6 weeks for manufacturing. My order clearly states square header. I am still waiting for a resolution. I paid $1,565.00 for a specific type of shower door header. You can come and take them back and replace them with the correct one. I have not used them at all. Me and my husband have called and left numerous messages. Jillian has not returned any calls. The rails and all my hardware are square and at that cost, I expect what I ordered. We brought the damaged mirror to their Passaic shop right away, to be used as a template. That's where positive experience ends. After at least a dozen phone calls on my end, 3.5 months wait for promises that never materialized we took the original mirror back home, and without a towel it was wrapped in. To begin with, the owner was unable to address simple questions through email so that we could ensure we were getting the right hardware and handle options. I tried calling to make things easier, but then communication via random text messages started, and I had to follow up several times to know what was going on with our order. The day of the installation, I showed the installer the bathroom and when I came back upstairs to check on progress, they had already entered another bathroom and drilled halls in the wrong shower! They tried to fill the holes so that I wouldn't notice, but didn't do a good job so I noticed immediately after they left and had to do additional repairs myself. I tried informing the owner, but he clearly wasn't listening to me on the phone and was just ready to receive my credit card payment. After installation, we waited the recommended 24 hours to use our shower, but it immediately began leaking a significant amount of water. I contacted the owner to request a fix, and no response. I didn't think a simple job could go so wrong. Go somewhere else where you can find good customer service and quality installation.
