The staff is on top of things and are always making improvements to the building. Unfortunately there is one tenant who forgets that he's at a 24hr building meant for music and rehearsal studios. He seems very aggressive and will yell at you to say that the music needs to be off at 10 pm. He will curse and threaten to call the cops and tell you that the company said there is a curfew when there isn't. That's the only reason for the four stars. I did call the company and they took care of it very fast and very professionally but it Kind of makes you feel uncomfortable that he's there. He is able to do great work on numerous genres of music from rap to Latin to rock. I would most definitely refer anyone I know looking for a good recording studio to come to Nick at Suburban Soul. Nick coordinated the mixing with band members scattered across the country with aplomb. Not only did he get the sound we wanted, he made a few key suggestions that really helped with certain songs.
