He seems very aggressive and will yell at you to say that the music needs to be off at 10 pm. He will curse and threaten to call the cops and tell you that the company said there is a curfew when there isn't. That's the only reason for the four stars. I did call the company and they took care of it very fast and very professionally but it Kind of makes you feel uncomfortable that he's there. Other then that, this is a great clean place to get some creativity in. Great prices and great spaces!

He sent a friendly reminder the night before and again when he was 20-30 minutes away, which I greatly appreciated. He was on top of it. Everything went smoothly. He said he would be at the pick up location at 8:00 am and was there a few minutes 8:00 am. The delivery time was between 11:00 am and noon and he arrived within that time frame.
