The office is quiet, neat and clean. One of the best parts is that you leave knowing your results without having to worry. Check-in in easy and hassle free, you ae able to pre-check-in on your phone or in-office using one of their tablets. I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and compassion. You could totally see that they loved where the work. I broke/dislocated my toe the previous day and by the time work was over I knew it was time to get it looked at and of course my GP is impossible to get into. The tech was very prompt and had an awesome attitude! He was easy to talk to and very nice/personable! He was one of the two techs I saw while there, his name is Rogan, I can't remember the other name but they were dynamite! The PA was absolutely amazing. He explained everything and was so nice and helpful! He gave me great specific instructions and great referrals. He didn't make me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing like some places do. The doctor who stopped in was also SO professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility if not for the staff alone, but the extremely clean and well stocked facility. Can't go wrong with this location!

It's great if you do not have medical insurance and have to or want to pay for your own imaging services. Their prices are EXCELLENT and affordable without the huge markups at hospitals and other place. They also accept all major HMO and PPO insurance plans, work comp plans, Medicare and Medicaid. This is what they do all day, every week, so they are experts at it. Plus if you are using insurance from some of the big groups there will be no deductible. I have neck and back issues from car accident years ago and as I've been aging I need to get updated screenings and prefer to "own" my own images so I can change doctors when I want and not have to hassle with getting them to forward to a new doc.

I have had my mammograms done at Berland Imaging of Creve Coeur for the last seven years without…read moreincident. I recently moved to NH and asked my records to be sent. I spoke with two people there and verified they had the correct address and that they went out. No records ever arrived in new Hampshire. When I called Berland to have them resent, they told me they had sent the one and only copy of my radiographic films through regular mail and they thus could not resend them. They also told me that they sent them with no tracking mechanism whatsoever . For a medical test company to send the one and only copy of my medical documents through the mail that way is utter malpractice. Mammograms depend on changes year to year and now I am starting, at 52 years of age with a new provider and no baseline for the last several years. To add insult to injury, when I asked that at least the written reports be resent and could they please send it certified (cost about $1.50), they again said they would not send them certified. Unbelievable.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and warming. She gave me a sheet to fill out. Before I'd finished filling out the sheet, Carolyn came to administer the bone density test. Carolyn finished my check-in form faster than I could have blinked two eyes. She is delightful and incredibly technically proficient. AND, I did not have to disrobe for this test!! Carolyn did not talk to me during the test, because that would have meant a response. I could not move during this time. And a response would have meant my using my jaw. She IS a master. It was done in 30 minutes.

My secondary insurance was not on any of those tests. I tried to get the results from records and it it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not received anything. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing one says they can't make records the other says they never received it the other doctor said he doesn't know what happened to my desk or my test results. It's a massive cluster. My operation is serious but they can't even get the test results correct. I could never recommend this hospital.
