Clean, bright, neat. The staff, a skeleton crew today, was efficient and super friendly. Really personable. I checked in online, coming all the way west here to avoid longer wait times. I filled out all the pre-appointment forms, leaving only a quick kiosk check-in when I arrived. It was a short wait for a room. Then vitals and tests. The doctor came in shortly thereafter. She was super nice - and I felt truly HEARD, which is typically frustratingly lacking in healthcare for me. Now I can head back home to hang out with the cats and relax with some soup and Tylenol!

That's important as last time I tried to get into my Dr office thinking I maybe had a sinus infection, they only appt they could get me was more than a week away... Some of the services are limited compared to an urgent care, but they are great for the basics: sprains, flu, sinus infections, strep, aches, etc. Currently you have to sign up for an appointment. This can be done online which is nice. This does change from time to time though, sometimes they do walk ins. I always call in advance to ask. Dr Tim Moore has been helping me here for more than 10 years. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I've also been helped from a female Dr in the last couple of years - I was also pleased with her service. So why the 4 instead of 5? Simple things... last time I called they told me you had to schedule an appt and could only schedule same day. NO mention at all that I could do it online and when you do you don't have to wait until the next day. Be proactive, if someone is already sick they aren't trying to guess and figure things out or wait and wait. Also the front desk can be confusing. One side is for an actual Dr office, the other side is for Convenient Care. This is not clearly labeled.

We did not wait long before being admitted, where we were met by other friendly and caring staff who examined my son, diagnosed him, and filled a prescription in no time at all! The facility is much larger inside than I imagined. In fact, it reminded me of a small hospital. Everything was clean and professionally run. This isn't one of those places where they do a quick look and send you off to the ER. TAUC completely changed my impression of UC facilities. This location will always be my family's "go-to" should we need it. Jokingly, I told the staff that my experience was so good that I could not wait to get sick. Only one person was in the building and it was a front desk attendant. They told him that they were indeed the only person there and there was no other providers or even nurses in the building. This is UNACCEPTABLE. He was transferred to another location because he was unable to be seen because no one decided it was a good idea to show up to work on time. I will be reporting this to corporate as this is not the first bad experience we have had at this location. We will NEVER go back and will always opt for a further drive to receive better care in the future.

When I got in the bathroom and opened the container to put my culture in, there were TWO other urine cultures in the container - UNLABELED! How are they supposed to know who's culture belongs to who - if they're not labeling the cultures prior to being completed AND not being on top of collecting the cultures after they're completed?! Very negligent of the staff here, and I hope I don't have to go to this location again for labs.

I don't need and you aren't qualified to give me lip about having questions for the doctor, thank you. But most of all, the doctors are also weird. For almost two years the pharmacy had to call my prescriptions in every month. Because... Doctor Keller just couldn't seem to fill them correctly. And I mean, didn't fill them, put an amount of pills it isn't manufactured in, prescribed them for the wrong month, every month it was some other issue that never should have been. She also ignored my protests at a mole removal and just took it off. Which, was going to get done, but while I'm sitting there saying "I don't want you to do it", you'd think a PHD would get the hint and stop leaning me back and saying it's fine we'll just do it now. I forget the male doctors name, as I haven't seen him, but he was so rude and condescending over the time that my father saw him that he didn't even go to the doctor for a while. My mother has used everyone else in the practice to try to find someone without such a bizarrely dismissive attitude, and she wasn't able. She went in for almost two years trying to find out what was wrong with her stomach, and was misdiagnosed or told she was imagining it by everyone in there. And billing? Always manages to be wildly expensive and out of network. It seems every trip manages to cost me $200 or more. And I have some of the sweetest insurance money can buy. Not sure what has caused this office culture, but there are plenty of doctors in ofallon. You don't need to deal with this one.
