A real good place to go when you're not feeling 100%. You're greeted with a friendly smile and a helping hand. They are always willing to answer any questions you have before seeing the doctor. I've always been able to get right in with little to no waiting and after in the room a staff member arrives shortly there after. The rooms are always clean and you have an opportunity to watch TV when someone's not with you. When the staff member comes in, again you're greeted with an upbeat attitude and they cover all background questions to make sure that they know exactly what's wrong with you at that time. When the doctor arrives, he/she makes you feel like you're with a small town family doctor. They are open, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. In no time they know the best prescriptions to give you to me to help resolve the issue and also can recommend specialist, if needed. One of the best things, is you can also get your prescriptions filled there. No need for an extra trip to a drugstore. When you step out the door and head home you know that you're going to be feeling better soon. Definitely expect a call the next day or so from them to check up on you, just to make sure everything is going ok. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of my disabled mother. I live over 1,000 miles away from her, but I was still able to check her in online at the location near her home. They called her when it was time and she didn't have to wait at all. Her caretaker said it was easy access for her to get inside because she walks with a walker and has a difficult time getting around. My mom said all the staff was very friendly, attentive and thorough. She wasn't sure what was all going on, so Dr. Mary Withoelther ran all the tests she could to rule everything out and discovered she has Bronchitis. I am truly grateful for everything they did for her and treating her so well because she was really nervous at first, but soon became more comfortable thanks to such a wonderful staff. If it wasn't for the Dr doing a chest x-ray, my mom would not have known the severity of what she has. Now she's taking medication and improving. Thank you Total Access Urgent Care, especially Dr. Withoelther! I definitely highly recommend this urgent care for anyone who is looking for a great place to go for medical attention that doesn't need a hospital. read more

Sunday I was at a wedding and right after the ceremony, a margarine came on (if you get migraines you know only a shot can cure it). I realized I didn't have my insurance card on me (I flew into Missouri the day before and left my insurance card at home). I called total access, they told me they could see me as long as I can make a payment of $100, my friend got me there, I put my ID and credit card on the counter, someone came out and got me. The nurse asked what was wrong, told her and asked for a shot. Doctor came right after her, did her exam and even asked if we were at a wedding. I responded yes and I'm trying to get to the reception which starts in 30 minutes, she said okay let's get you better. The doctor ordered my medicine and got my shots. Few minutes later, they come in to check on me and released me. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and was very easy, I appreciated that the staff was so accommodating, treated me asap so I can get on with my day. I'm sorry I don't know the nurses or doctors name but thank you so much, you made an awful situation into a pleasant situation. read more

Its was soooooo quick,I was in SHOCK...from the time I entered the doors to the time I left,I was made to feel like they really cared,I felt it.I was there because I had a bad cough and sore throat for 7 days..went to a Walgreens Wellness Clinic...and was only given a cough suppressant.I came to Total asscess urgent care,and was immediately diagnosed with Phemonia after my ex ray..I was releaved because I know I was sick..They,gave me a breathing treatment,steroid shot antibiotics,cough syrup.....everything I needed to recover . they were professional,knowledgeable,accurate,fast,loving and gave amazing care They explained in great details,my medication,and expected side affects.I would recommend them to anyone.Best care I ever recevied in 5 years of urgent cares..They also had cable tv,with your own remote control..and I d8didn't have to go to a pharmacy,they had my meds ready for me immediately when I was discharged.....thats 10 stars alone... read more

The staff and Dr. Robins particularly were absolutely incredible. My son had been suffering from a debilitating migraine for over 48 hours and could barely walk and was in a great deal of pain. These people got him in immediately, did a brief history, performed neurologic maneuvers, started IVs, and ordered a CT scan to ensure this was indeed just a migraine. The paramedic who administered the IV explained precisely each medication and why it was used in combination with the others. Everyone was very thorough and professional...and kind. They took time to listen and were certain to make sure we understand and had no additional questions. Five stars is not enough. We were out within 1 1/2 hours. The Urgent care is very clean! The whole office is very professional, nice and caring. They kept me updated during my minimal wait. They were patient while I explained and thorough in their exam. I appreciated them seeing me quickly as I was a walk in. They provided me with everything I needed and even when I shed a few tears through the pain they were sweet in offering assistance. They took care of the insurance filing for me and gave me everything necessary to file with my supplemental coverage. Yesterday morning at the ER I was dismissed and disregarded. I came here to get some answers and I got some. Dr. Leslie is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I came in panicking and she calmed me down and reassured me. She truly has a big heart and kind soul and I truly wish she was my doctor for everything. I honestly don't know if I want to go to a regular doctors office again. I have never been treated so politely at any healthcare institution as I was this one. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left they were legitimately caring and compassionate people. From the receptionist to the students and doctors. Everyone was just wonderful. Wonderful experience! The nurses were quick and attentive. The doctor made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. She even gave me a few options so that I had treatment/medication I was comfortable with. I received excellent follow-up attention. I could not ask for a better experience. My daughter and I went to Total Access Urgent Care for the first time on Christmas Eve, we were in and out in 45 minutes. We had a swift and proper diagnosis and the necessary prescriptions. Always experience fast, prompt, and accurate diagnosis. Stopped in yesterday for my daughter's ear pain. We checked in and were taken straight into a room. Caught an infection while it was just fluid behind the ear drum. I cannot be more grateful for their location and hours of availability. It provides us a greater window to receive medical care. They really valued their customer's time by keeping the wait minimal and offering some prescriptions in house. I was able to fill my prescription right on site so I didn't have to make another stop. Staff was really nice. I had a really good experience. We have used 3 different locations and we are always pleased. Less expensive than the ER and even though my co pay is more than my regular doctor, you get everything taken care of in the same place as opposed to going doctor to blood work office or X-ray location with my general practitioner. read more
