This time I was seen within minutes. I gave the co-pay and she took my blood. The used a thick rubber band to take my bloodwork. The wrap she used afterwards was the elastic type I appreciate (doesn't stick to my Wookiee arm hair). Then quick bathroom visit (regular labs) and I was done. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and highly professional care.

We first selected Dr. Byergo from our insurance list, and the fact they have two offices in our area. However, we have a friend that worked for some very top notch eye doctors in St. Louis that remembered Dr. B from when he interned with this particular group. That was the primary and final factor in our decision. He came highly recommended and we quickly learned why. Since becoming patients we have received excellent treatment not only from Dr. B but his staff as well. If you at looking for quality then this practice is an excellent choice. They have a very good selection of frames and contacts and they always make sure you have exactly what you need. I often describe them as a sit down restaurant versus going to a fast food place. It might take a little more time however it is worth it. Without reservation my family and I recommend Midwest Eye Associates.

Overall the service for my exam was fine but when it came down to buying glasses the sales tactics were obvious and horrible. When I started to question the costs I was given diff excuses trying to justify why my glasses were sooo expensive, even when having vision insurance. They told me that buying the same glasses with my insurance would cost me more based on the funny math used for the lens and bundling pricing. Highly recommend taking your prescription to another company or online to save you a lot of money! Sad!

My experiences with urgent care facilities has been fair at best. Until now. I went to Total Access on Mexico road on a Monday morning. I was able to make an appt online beforehand. The site claimed this would eliminate having to wait. It was true. I walked in ten minutes before my appt time, and was greeted friendly and professionally. Within one minute of filling out my admittance form, they called me in. My vitals were taken immediately, and I waited no more than 2-3 minutes before the doctor came in. She examined me, and also talked to me about what was going on, my health history, etc. She diagnosed me correctly and ordered a shot and two prescriptions. The shot was given to me within a couple of minutes and then they came in with my prescriptions! Filled on site. No need to call in to a pharmacy and make another trip. I was out in less than 20 minutes, took my meds and was feeling better in just a couple of hours. If that wasn't enough, three days later I received a call from them just checking in to make sure I was feeling better and the mess worked! Total Access was total professional and everyone there was lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend this place high enough - even if you have to drive an extra few miles or so, this place is the best!

Lady that answered (believe her name was Emily) then asked what my symptoms were and helped me get an appt within 2 hrs of my call. I filled out the paperwork that was sent to me via text. Walked in for appt was taken back w/in 5 min of scheduled time. Seen by nurse practitioner and doc came in before I left as well to see if I had questions and understood diagnosis. I was in and out in a hour. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I went to our urgent care in Saint Charles in November for a Covid test they were very efficient in…read morethe manner that they provided the test and the service that they provided I would give them many more stars than this the reason they have one star is because after my visit in November I got a bill in July that said the balance was unpaid I contacted my insurance company to discover that they had never submitted it for insurance payment in follow-up insurance company said it was paid then three months later in October I received a letter from a collection company saying that it was unpaid so obviously they are not paying attention to their billing practices.

There wasn't anything left on the card because it was the end of the year so I asked if I could be billed and pay it in January. The lady told me sure no problem. She said she had to have a card on file in case I didn't end up paying the copay, so I gave her a debit card. She told me I'd be sent a bill and assured me as long as I paid that bill, my card would not be charged. So here we are... 1/16 and my debit card was charged for the visit. There wasn't enough money in that account to cover it so I ended up with an overdraft fee and overdraft fee for a couple of $5 transaction. When I called they said they could send me a refund check in the mail and then they could charge my BeneFLEX card. They said there is nothing they can do about the fees, I have to go to my bank! What the what??? I explained I hadn't received a bill or anything else from them so I am still unsure why my card was charged, he said the bill wouldn't be sent out until February 3. Ummm.... still unclear why my card was charged when I hadn't even received a bill yet? The medical service wasn't bad but I'll NEVER go there again since they don't seem to care about making things right when they make a mistake. So frustrating.

There was plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet. My phlebotomist Bryah was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and a terrific stick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I would go back without hesitation. I wish we could all get past this trend of looking for problems where they don't exist.

I took my son here because he had a wart on his foot. We went 2 times and the "treatment" literally…read moredid nothing. Fast forward and we get a bill for hundreds of dollars because they billed the appointments as though he received a surgical procedure which he did not. The Dr. was in the room with us for maybe 7 minutes and slathered a cream on my son's foot and put a bandage on it and that was it. They also said I only paid half of what I actually paid at the time of the appointment. I contacted insurance and they suggested I file an appeal with the drs office and the insurance company. When I called the drs office the billing department said they could not do anything since insurance paid the claim but when I told them about the appeal o was filing with insurance she then said she could submit it to be reviewed by the billing manager. If you go here, pay attention to the billing department or you may end up overpaying. Oddly enough I got a phone call shortly after I posted this preview and I figured I'd come back to share that a phone number from "china mainland" called me and it was someone calling from the billing department at advanced bone and joint... totally bizarre.
