Juan took in my wife's car and shaped it into a refined piece of artwork: all the dents and scratches completely disappeared with no hint of collision work. The amazing part of the whole experience barely made a dent in my pocketbook - at least twice as cheap of other competitors doing the same job. Apart from this, I had a locking door issue with my car and provided a part to fix the door. The part provided was not the correct part, unfortunately, for my car needed a different mechanical appratus to remedy the problem. Juan invested a lot of time, effort, and patience to fix my door, but all to no avail. He charged me NOTHING for all that labor, even though I was the one who provided the wrong car part. I tried to give him some money for his time, but he flatly refused. Other auto shops would have charged me, no matter what the result was. This is a remarkable demonstration of honesty and decency. I later purchased the correct mechanicl part to resolve the door locking problem, and Juan will rectify the this issue when the part arrives. This type of behavior is sadly missing in our society today. I am so glad that I came across SJAC Auto Collision in San Jacinto, California to address our car issues.

Ryan did a good job shaping the panel, but the clear coat didn't go on well and he knew it. He admitted that there are runs and sags, and that he'd come back the next week to fix it after it set. Other issues included swirls and marks on other panels as well as the repaired one. I've attempted to connect with him for the last 2.5 weeks, he replied initially, but I've been ghosted since. I was willing to be patient to let him fix the error, but now I feel like he just took my money and I have to pay someone fix his work. I would not recommend Ryan or Bumper Star. I'll revise this review if he fixes the issues.
