However this last visit I would rate 1 star and this is the one I'm going to speak of. This will explain what I mean when I say an "elevated foot spa". I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. I booked it same day and they said they had availability. When we got there, they said it would be 10 mins which was past the appt time but Offered us champagne and chocolate. They put us in a room where we were together. About 15 mins into my massage? The woman that was massaging me took a phone call- while she was massaging me. Apparently she was the receptionist. And then she left the room to look at the schedule for the person who was calling. So that was very annoying- During our couples massage!!!. So not only did that happen once but then a little more than half way thru- someone knocked on the door and she opened it (while my husband and I were half naked on the tables) and had a conversation with someone. Another woman came in and started massaging me- she was different and actually soooo much better! But then about 5 mins later- the receptionist woman returned, they switched and it was awful again. I offer a lot of grace typically but this was not what we wanted nor paid for. I left pretty upset but didn't say anything because the language barrier was too much. I used to come here once a month and understood that I got what I paid for... but I think I'm done this time. $280 later and I'm bent out of shape not relaxed. And also woke up this morning back is sore and have what feels like a crick in my left shoulder.
