They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

A day later I received an email with a very detailed quote and I feel the price was very competitive. Ark Roofing set up a date to repair our roof and replace a bunch of siding along our chimney and some other rotted areas close by. About a year after that we found exposed nails in there and decided to get independent roof inspection. Garret looked at it, and that was not just look. Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead.
