I called several roofing companies to see about an inspection, but none were interested in an inspection. This was frustrating, but lucky for us as Bryan was a better choice. He came out, crawled into our attic, and came away with many pictures to show that we were in good shape. Money well spent. He produced a 13-page report that explained everything. He also took time after the inspection to show some pictures of our attic alongside pictures he had taken of attics where he did find issues. I felt like we had made the right call, and now have peace of mind. Great experience overall.

Had an appointment on Thursday, no one showed up, no one even called. To me, this is inexcusable. This happened 2 years ago also, I had to call at least 3 times to get someone to come out and they finally did and patched my roof which seemed to work for a while. But I just cannot have any faith in a company who does not even have the courtesy to call and say they are running late or reschedule. If they cannot even show up for an appointment for a big job like a roof, am I really going to trust them to come and do the job? I think not. So....this was it for me. I'll call Napier's when I'm ready. They have lost a customer. No excuse for this kind of "service." If this was the only time this happened, I could maybe call it a mistake, two times...I think not.

Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!
