We are filing a complaint with the Texas AG, and also with AETNA INSURANCE to have them removed from their service provider network. They refuse service every time we go because "you didn't pay your May 21 bill"... Except of course we did (we paid by credit card and have the receipt) yet we have to "prove it all over again each time"... Wasted time, denied needed medical treatment (intend to sue in small claims court)... DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY REASON! THEY ALSO BILLED AETNA FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED (pretty sure that's Medicare fraud). Yup, beyond frustrated. read more

It's luck of the draw which practitioners are worth their salt and they have a very high turnover rate. They are horrible about responding to portal messages, and they NEVER EVER actually answer their phones. My last PCP dropped me like a hot potato as she left and I can't get anybody to call back or respond and I have prescriptions about to run out that they don't seem to give a rats about. read more

Rileigh at the front desk is phenomenal. I have to beg and plead every 3 months to get my prescription refilled so it's filled on time. Spoke with the lovely Rileigh at the front via phone and she was able to solve my problem by requesting a 6 month prescription from the doctor. 10/10 interaction thanks to Rileigh alone. I have been coming to this location for many years. They recently got a new doctor at this location. They do not have there stuff together. I had a tele appointment today at 10:45 and didn't receive a call until 12:30 pm. Then my daughter had an appointment today at 2:00 pm and at 2:42pm we walked out of the room. We never saw the doctor at all. Who leaves a patience in a room for 40 minutes? I will never go back to this location. Defenilty looking for as new doctor. read more

This is the number one place to get a rapid covid test. Scheduling was easy, I was helped right away and the whole process was super quick. Before I could even make it home I got a text with my results. The location is easy to access and the place is well kept so its great in my book. read more

If I could rank less I totally would. Care sucks, front desk sucks and their system sucks. Do not go here. I was supposed to have meds called over to pharmacy and they never were. I've been trying to get them called over and they never were. So after 4 days of trying to message in the portal and also called the practice I am trying to get in touch with higher up. This is the place to go for a COVID test! Fast, efficient, effective and affordable. I would highly recommend over CVS or others.

They were nice and got me in same day. They insisted in doing 200 dollars in extra blood tests when I only needed a thyroid panel. Those tests are totally worthless because you have to stabilize thyroid first before anything makes sense. After paying 350 dollars I only got a thyroid script for a few days, and it was incorrect, it was supposed to be bid but it wasnt. I went back and talked to them, they nodded at their error, then never sent the script. What a bunch of jerks. Total waste of time. read more

Today we needed to have a COVID test done. From the moment we got there we were treated with professionalism. The facility was clean and welcoming. We had our test done and in less than 30 minutes we knew our results. We received a call from the staff and they walk led us through our results and give us details on what to next. read more

Update to my previous review - after digging into an insurance EOB issue I found out that the clinic charged my daughter and I both $20, not for insurance deductibles or co-pays, but for "new user admin fees". I don't recall being clearly told this when paying, so this is disappointing and concerning. I also cannot find any mention of this on their website's Insurance & Pricing page. Seems sketchy. After finding out from my insurance company that our Covid testing was supposed to be 100% covered, I'm still out $40 for "admin" fees. Beware of this!!! My other comments still stand, so I'm now at a 3/5 rating. read more

I went to this clinic looking for a primary care physician and I found one! The staff, techs, and my primary is AMAZING!! (Uriel Torres NP) they really made me feel comfortable while explaining my concerns about mental and physical problems I have and helped me find the treatments to aid myself. I'd be comfortable with just about any provider that works here they all seem wonderful including mine! read more

I am new to this practice and I'm very impressed with the facilities and the staff. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and patient. I feel very comfortable with my choice of this new provider. They were very thorough when discussing my medical history and even though this change in providers has been stressful, the visit to this practice was smooth and efficient. As an aside, the waiting room felt like a spa with snacks/drinks, comfy chairs, and a big screen tv. read more

I went here for an antibody test for COVID19 and the nurse put my blood Doppler on a table that had dried up blood on it before administering my test. That's a clear path for transmission and infection. In this era of COVID19, cleanliness and sanitizing, especially at a healthcare facility are paramount. I will not return here EVER. read more

If i could use less than a star i would. I don't write reviews for anything on the web. This place took 3 hours to sit in a waiting room for 10 minutes of face time with someone that didn't seem like they could care about anyone's personal health. After those three hours of waiting we finally got to speak with a doctor for ten minutes of uninterested, none caring blank stares. After the appointment me and my S.O. were advised that a persecution of antibiotics and a nose spray would be ready withing 30 minutes to and hour and a half at the local pharmacy. I asked the receptionist specifically what time it would be ready because she had not had in rest within the last 48 hours due to swollen tonsils and sever sore throat. So after paying their thankfully reduced price from 200 dollars to 100 dollars because we are living paycheck to paycheck we head out to get the meds. We arrive at the pharmacy to find out after all the time spent and wasted at the clinic they, did not send the script through. Two days later due to them being closed we contact them to ask what the problem is and inquire to a possible refund. To end after getting turned down for the refund respectably and insured that a prescription was being sent through, they sent the wrong meds for pick up. In short will never repeat my mistake in returning to this establishment. read more

At the risk of parroting most reviews about Total Men's, my entire experience today was excellent. I have put off establishing myself as a patient anywhere for years, mostly sticking to the "Care Now" method. I've been looking at Total Men's for a while but kept putting off booking an appointment. I needed to go to a doctor for a sick visit today, and almost booked an appointment at a walk-in clinic, but thought that since i had been considering this place to establish primary care, i would see if they had anything available for a sick visit from a non-established patient. This was my experience from beginning to end: -Booked appointment online this morning, and it took about 2 minutes. The only location that could see me today at a time that I was available was a bit of a drive, but I was ok with this because I assumed if I saw someone at one location, at least my records would be with one practice. The P.A. I saw today confirmed this. -My appointment was at 3:15, and even with checking in (also very quick - on a computer, not hand-written forms) and I was in a room by about 3:25, and had answered the basic screening questions with a nurse and was with the P.A. within 10 minutes or so. -The nurse and P.A. took time to discuss my answers to their questions and answered all of my questions immediately. -My treatment was clear and concise, and as "bad of form" as it usually is, this is an issue that I run into several times a year and I told her what had worked in the past, and she was very receptive to it and customized it to me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her listening to me; almost every other healthcare professional I've seen and mentioned this to seemed to take it as a personal insult to them. She definitely asked on-point questions about it, and made sure I actually understood what I was saying, but was genuinely interested in helping and was confident that this would resolve the issue with no need for follow-up treatment. -She introduced me to a new treatment option, but did not for a second seem like she was making a "sale." She was very up front about costs, checking with insurance coverage, and even postponing it to next year as it will meet a large part of my yearly deductible. -Part of my treatment today included an injection; as I said earlier, this is something I've dealt with my whole life, and have previously waited over an hour at some places for someone else to come give the shot. The P.A. wasn't out of the room 5 minutes before she came back into the room with the injection and gave it to me herself (she said the nurse/tech was tied up with another patient). This may seem small, but it was the absolute game-changer in my mind. I am scheduling an appointment this week for a full physical and getting established with this place. I'll say what we're all thinking - yeah, I'm still dreading going to the dr for a full checkup after so many years, but the experience here could not have done anything more to get me motivated and encouraged to do it. Thanks again to the entire staff at the Round Rock location, as I will be going to a location closer to my house for the physical, but I would not hesitate for a second to go back to this location if necessary. read more

Don't waste your time going here. I had an appointment over a week and a half ago. Part was going to be a follow up on a cough I was treated for, and something else I needed attention for. The physician proceeded to tell me they have no record of me previously being treated for a cough and that they had either been hit by some ransomware attack or they just lost it in their system. So either they're just trying to make more money off of me by treating my health issues separately or they're just careless about how they handle your information. Next major issue, I had imaging done as a result of my last visit, and it was carried out that next day which was Wednesday October 16th. The imaging place said that Total Care will have the results by the next day, but to check on it by Friday. I've called several times now and am still waiting for a referral to see a specialist. Have not received a call on any progress of the situation. This place is a Total SCAM! Now to figure out how to retrieve what records they do have so I can go somewhere else and not have to start at square one! It's a shame you can't post a no star review. read more

Its like once you leave the office your visit never happened. I thought I was getting a prescription for blood issues - it hasnt shown up at my pharmacy yet. A week... what am I waiting for? Why do I need to call you for info on this? Blood lab I did - doesnt satisfy my insurance needs - guess what? We discussed NOT using insurance in favor of a different method for my treatment out of my own pocket. But we need you to come in for 2 more labs... if its starting out like this - I'm gone. Thanks for wasting more than two weeks of my time I could have used on a legit practice. Your portal does nothing - I get links with my own email to an online page I can log into - but then I'm told my doctor doesnt use DrChronos - the service you are using. I asked several times and nobody has an answer except to send an invitation again to a (for me at least) broken system. Too bad too - I like the doctor I saw - she was nice - but when I left its like she forgot about me. read more
