Care received, fine. BUT you will get a bill for the entire amount. This clinic is listed as a tier 1 for our insurance. But when the clinic sent the bill to our insurance, they listed the name of the provider instead of the name of the clinic so the provider was not tier 1, and we got charged the entire bill. I was told by our insurance that just needed to re-submit the bill with the clinic name instead of the provider and it would be covered as expected, the clinic refused to submit the claim as needed. this happened to us twice before we got a bill to realize that we would pay complete out of pocket.... the second bill arrived over a year after the visit. read more

I have mixed opinions on this urgent care. I liked the provider I saw, but I was not impressed with the front desk staff and the cleanliness concerns me. From where I was in the waiting room, I could see into one of the rooms where patients are seen. I saw the white paper they line the chair/table with and it was crumpled up waiting to be discarded. The front desk staff walked in, threw the paper away, and called me back a moment later. She didn't sanitize anything and didn't replace the paper for me to sit on. The floor was covered in hair. The longer I looked, the more I saw. They made zero effort to clean between patients. If I didn't desperately need a chest x-ray, I would have left because it was so dirty. A new clinic, usually means newly trained health professionals. Well, the facility was impeccable. Truly. All employees were friendly, courteous, and most gracious. Though professional, this doesn't address competence. One front desk professional seriously needs a refresher on HIPPA laws; you can't discuss or disclosed a person's visit publicly and verbally in front of others would be patients. Another, the MA who were attending us, should note the unprofessional example that comes with wheeling my lady around in s desk chair, but I will admit this was a situation of convenience because their complimentary wheelchair was too big for their doorways. However, it is s matter of safety when a woman comes in with someone, a man, you excused them to speak to the woman alone to ensure she's safe and don't feel in danger in any way. This is done for her protection. A practice done by most medical institutions. This should not be done with the man standing right next to you in the room... as an X-ray technician his ability was something left to be desired. The doctor (or PA) was very helpful. She did not introduce herself but her pleasant nature greeted us like we were family. Southern hospitality truly at its finest. In the end we left with a pair of crutches, a general prognosis of the Mrs ailment, and no respite from her pain. read more

Definitely make an appointment if you can.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We've never had an issue with the staff or nurse practitioners.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However... Today the prescription didn't get sent to the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy shortly (30 mins) after our visit and asked for the prescription. It wasn't there. So I called to follow-up, etc. It turns out the prescription was "waiting for authorization" and had not been sent yet. (By the way, she also told me we're supposed to wait AN HOUR for them to send it.) She resent the prescription, pharmacy confirmed receipt within a few minutes, and everything was rolling finally. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then I get a call back from someone at NextLevel (even though the previous rep settled the problem?!) who wanted me to know I didn't wait long enough because the prescription had only just been sent 9 minutes ago[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. (Which was when I called them, 9 minutes ago. Not when I left the clinic.) I'm actually surprised. Most Urgent Cares have terrible reviews but this place was very efficient. It was very clean, reception was very nice, and, [[HIGHLIGHT]]while my doctor or NP did introduce herself, her name is escaping me but began with an M, she was absolutely great. Very warm and explained what my issue was simply.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would see her as my primary care if I could. Make an appointment and you'll be fine. read more

I went to Next Level Urgent Care because it had great reviews, although it was not the closest to my home. I am thoroughly happy with my decision. I checked in electronically, which took less than five minutes, and less than 10 minutes later, I was in the exam room, being cared for, with excellent bedside manner. I had a minor procedure that required a few shots of local anesthesia, and the nurse offered to hold my hand, knowing it would be painful (no way around it). Would never go back to this place. They first tried to charge me over $100 with insurance for my sick son to be seen and then said oh no wait it will be $50 copay. We have hit our OOP max for the year and shouldn't be coming out of pocket for anything and they should have billed The insurance first. Tried to tell them this. I know what I'm talking about I work in the healthcare and insurance field. The front desk lady made me feel like I had to pay the $50 for my son to be seen which I paid it so he could finally be seen by a doctor. So now waiting for everything to be processed and paid so I can get my refund. I also called and spoke with billing and they also told me I had to wait till everything is processed and paid which I understood but when I tried to explain the situation when I came in with the front desk lady I got cut off and said sorry like there was no empathy that the only way to be seen is if I give you money knowing I don't have to because of our OOP max being met fully. But other than this whole shitty situation The doctor was amazing and nice but I will never be going back to them for anything. Very disappointed read more

They have a nice new looking facility. They do a virtual waitlist which was a nice convenience. I thought the cost was very reasonable. The staff in the facility and on the phone were all hospitable and professional. Those were the positive attributes. I thought the wait time once I was assigned a room was excessive. It was a two hour process to get evaluated and X-rayed for a knee sprain and it didn't seem busy. Since I was in the room a long time, I noticed the floor in my room was dirty. I saw hair and large crumbs. Additionally, I never got my visit summary even though I signed up for the portal and called twice to get it. Both times I was informed I would be emailed a copy. I checked my email, spam and portal and can't find a copy of my visit summary anywhere. I would go again for convenience but I'd try for another place first. read more

Finding quality care these days is becoming harder and harder. If me or my family become sick, my first call is to my general doctor. The running theme lately is about 2 weeks out for appointments. This is getting out of control, so we decided to try Urgent care with the hopes of finding a good doctor. I don't care about the copay. I just want quality care for my family. My daughter broke out with the flu so we decided to try Next Level. The front staff was extremely helpful and polite. The check-in process is pretty simple unless you feel like crap. When the doctor came in, she was so nice to my little, very sweet, ran all the tests needed to find out she had the flu. Dr. Mandy came back in the room to break the news with two big popsicles. This was the treatment we were looking for Dr. Mandy was so sweet, and she really made my daughter feel comfortable. Now, on to my experience cause you know Daddy is about to get the flu. I ended up hitting a wall hard after 3 days. I knew where I was going, back to see Dr. Mandy. I was in very bad shape to the point I could have gone to the ER. Dr. Mandy immediately brought me back and gave me the full treatment. Come to find out, I got hit with Covid, the Flu and bronchitis. I was in very bad shape. But I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Mandy and her team. Yes, I also received Popsicles. She told me everything I needed to do while also providing me with some Next Level care. Dr. Mandy took amazing care of me when I needed it the most. Thank you so much Next Level team. I'm finally on the road to recovery. Had a wonderful experience here recently. I called ahead and pre-registered, so when I arrived they already had a room waiting for me. The staff was attentive, kind and thorough.
