I decided to call RnS Appliance Repair and made an appointment. So glad I did. Ron was very friendly and professional. He pulled out my fridge and was able to diagnose my problem right away. It had to do with the lack of water pressure from my Reverse Osmosis system. Within minutes he had my problem fixed and within hours I could hear the ice falling into my ice bin!! It sounds like any issues others had with him come from having to go through homeowners insurance, so don't go by the other reviews. The service was outstanding and the knowledge and experience that Ron has is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to call RnS again for any appliance repair.

I been trying to communicate with both Sears and RnS appliance to resolve a broken refrigerator since November of 2020 and my problem is still unresolved. I've made several attempts to communicate with the office staff April. She is rude and does not return phone calls. As a company that does warranty repair work they have you believe their only way of communicating with Sears is to sit for hours on hold, which is highly doubtful. They also want you to believe there is only one appliance tech that services multiple counties. It seems between RnS appliance and Sears the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you cannot get any straight answers from the staff. Most recently after a long wait of 3 months for a part to repair my refrigerator I called to schedule an appointment to complete the repair. It was at that time I was notified by April, a staff member that my work order was closed. She could not give me any reasonable explanation on who closed my work order , why it was closed or when. April told me she would find out more information and call me back which she neglected to do so. This has happened several times where she has failed to call you back. She is rude and incompetent and makes no attempt to help you resolve your issue. Avoid this company at all cost. I have been trying to resolve a broken appliance issue that was reported before thanksgiving of 2020 and neither this company nor Sears makes any attempt to update you, work with you or keep the customer informed. They also have a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau Not recommended

I gave them a call and spoke with I believe Tim was his name . He was very helpful and knowledgeable . And even offered to test some of the fuses for me , which I thought was awesome.thanks Tim! We found it had two fuses that went bad . After a good cleaning on the inside of the dryer and the fuse replacement . The Dryer was as good as new . The grout it uneven some thicker than other. The baseboard are just not finished looking .The project took a lot longer than he said it would . They didn't put all the bases under the cabinets back on .And one tile sounds like there is absolutely nothing under it sounds so loud when something touches that tile . It definitely sucks because we saved up a lot of money to do our floors. I really hope you can get some years out of our floor. Work was done may 2025 and it definitely shows after time the work and I just noticed the tile that is missing under. We did reach out for different work I'm definitely glad I didn't go through with it. The business response is definitely unprofessional and whether I reached out or not that still doesn't take away from the work. My timing shouldn't be your response . And my kids running over fresh child is a complete lie. And if the floors were uneven they could have told us what they needed for that we also provided something for the cracks that he had not even asked me for I figured they would have to be covered .I recorded the entire installation process. I had camera set up in my house. And we stayed at my mom's house for about three weeks in Beaumont so that is a complete lie. I had a newborn baby and toddlers so there is no way we would have had my kids here with all that dust and chemicals with a new born . We were never home. We gave them the code to be coming in and out every single day. I should've said something the day that they were finished so they could fix it. .I personally did not get to speak to them when they finished. Because they were gone before we returned home. I'm the type of person that does not like to be nitpicky or say anything as I do not like confrontation, but I definitely should've spoke up the project just took way longer than was sad and we just really wanted to be back home .when I find things to this day, I definitely have to say something because it was a lot of money for materials and labor to not speak up. This business is so unprofessional nobody is going to inspect every single piece of tile right away , I'm not bashing anybody when this is the work I was left with that I noticed more and more along the way . This work is what got the review nobody is setting out to destroy a business . Your super unprofessional everybody please stay away I've never dealt with such unprofessional attitude than just saying you messed up . Regardless I would not have wanted you guys to get back in their and rip everything out to start over because this grout sizes is not the size I wanted I was very specific and was not given that size I wanted I have video of the grout spacer hardly being used and the floor never checked with a leveler once !. Being a few days off from when you would finish is so different than it being over 2 weeks off and the work being left like this.
