I had JSI and 2 other companies come evaluate my roof. Jim from JSI simply glanced at it and told me I definitely needed to replace the roof. The two others shook their heads and said the roof looked fine. One pointed out a repair that needed to be done but both said a new roof wasn't necessary. My conclusion is that JSI is happy to get on board with this insurance company ploy. Sad for a company that has had a good reputation.

Superb job doing everything that was needed to be done. While they were short on supplies to complete, they were back within 48 hours to finish everything. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be?
