The problem is we got caught on Harlem Avenue with a train and then we could not find parking. We arrived at the office at 11:03. When I got there, they told me they had called me that she was overbooked. I looked at my phone and I wanted to show her. I had no missed calls at all so I don't know what number she called ? The receptionist said that she was going to try to squeeze me in, but the doctor would not see my mom. Since she was 91 1/2 years old you think she would've made an exception. But no, I even told the receptionist sometimes when we have to wait a half an hour for a doctor that's OK but when we get there in time for the appointment not earlier, they will not see her. I understand they wanted us there a half an hour earlier, but things will happen just like when they were late with their appointments. I will never come back to this location again very dissatisfied. They should not overbook, obviously they were overbooked. That's why they tried to call me in the first place very very disappointed.

Finally I said you are NOT doing anything for me so stop with the appointments, Any time I asked for ANY of my paperwork or X-rays the girls up front said ok you can have them it cost $15.00 (when your primary requests them they are supposed to be no charge) and when my primary Dr called they said I have to sign a release form so I did and then my primary called again and then faxed 3 times they NEVER released them even when I went there and tried to sign another release form I got the run around saying I have to come back when this one is there so I went back and she would tell me no another girl has to be there. They actually billed my insurance $4300. And yes, it was extremely painful and should not have been scheduled on a whim when my calendar was packed. I was told I wouldn't need to take any time off from work. My foot bled for about a day afterward, and it ended up infected. Argh!
