The Ray was outstanding, friendly, patient, professional and very knowledgeable of the construction of a house. He took the time to walk me through the issues, explaining everything very clearly, walking around my house and showing if I had a foundational problem how it would show inside and outside my house. He answered all of my questions very professionally and knowledgeably. He also confirmed that I did not have a foundation problem. Unlike AFS Foundations, who used scare tactics, high pressure sales techniques, and "must sign today to get our company's 10% discount", or "Why do you have to think about this?" Seriously when you just quoted me $39,000 repair to a home I just bought and AFS did not think I had to think about this!!
