We were really excited to find Kerby Custom Renovations. Their recommendations on line seemed almost too good to be true so we moved ahead with Kerby. Kerby did the renovation of my kitchen and laundry room and added in a pantry. They did an excellent job given that there were no drawings or blueprints for what I wanted. To complicate matters, I really wanted a new space that would be safe for me as I age in place. Kerby managers, staff and sub-contractors worked closely with me to make the kitchen/pantry/laundry of my vision into a reality. Kerby staff were excellent communicators in that they not only spoke up when they had questions but they took the time to listen to what I wanted and envisioned. They were kind and patient and helped me by making suggestions and providing alternatives, some of which I incorporated into my kitchen. The custom work they did was outstanding and the subcontractors they worked with were exceptional too. Sometimes it took longer to get the next set of workers in to continue work which extended the length of our rehab but all in all, it was totally worth the wait because of the quality of their work. Their integrity showed through with each step of the rehab process. I was also impressed with their after service care. I had 3 small items that needed to be taken care of after my final payment to Kerby. They followed up and completed all 3 items in a timely fashion.

It was a one day installation and the 2 technicians did a very good job and left the area clean and tidy. They came back the next day to clean another time. The job they did was great and there is very little paint touch up that has to be done! We will recommend them to everyone we know.

THEY BLAMED US until they realized we haven't paid yet. but if my husband didn't know construction they would not have fixed it. My husband had to tell them what was wrong! Then to actually get them out to fix it took forever. During this time they were asking for payment and threatening putting alien on our house. Months later it was fixed but the ceiling inside our house needed paint from the leaks. my husband finally did it! it's been 14 months and they just sent us another bill. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I bought a D.R. Horton home 5 years ago in Foley. It has been quite the nightmare. My son also…read morebought one at the same time. My home has baseboards not cut right so all of them are bowed out. I got a roof leak this year which got one of my bedroom walls soaked. My driveway cement is started to have a cavern underneath where sand is supposed to be. My sons electric stove wasn't hooked up right. His grinder pump has failed so sewer water is backing up in his toilet. The people that constructed these homes were not american nor could they speak american. D.R. Horton's warranty department says too bad for you. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HOMES... Just walk away if you know what's good for you...Buying this has been the biggest mistake of my life.

I was very happy with the attention to detail taken on every phase of construction. MC, the owner, was onsite every single day supervising his crew and subcontractors. He finished the project on time and on budget.
