Emanuel claimbed onto the roof, took photos of the underlining gutter/roofing issue. It was rotting wood on my 66-year old house. He showed me pictures, discussed options, and made arrangements to start the project. The project took 2 days and the end result was perfection. They replaced the gutters and downspouts on one side of my home with larger six-inch black gutters designed to handle heavy runoff from steep rooflines. The installation looks good, and they extended the leaf guards along the full runs beyond what we had originally discussed, adding meaningful value. The corner splash protection should also help control water in the most difficult areas. My earlier review noted that the heat tracing still needed to be reconnected. They returned, completed that work, and took care of much more than I expected. Their willingness to come back, finish the details, and do significant additional work earned my confidence and changed the experience to a five-star one. I appreciate their follow-through and am very happy with the completed project.

I have 3 lay-overs so with the warnings of an historic El Nino, quite literally, tons of snow, I thought it was time to pull the trigger. I called Whitaker and 2 others to get bids. Whitaker and one of the others sat with me for like an hour answering all my questions, and I'm a bit like a 3 year old, "why?" "why? "how?"....They were both patient and I would have been happy with either. Their estimates were a gnat's hair apart, both within spitting distance of the estimate I got 4 years ago. In this world of absurd pricing and gouging, these guys remained ridiculously low and fair. I opted for Whitaker based on a good feeling. What a great move!! ON time, multiple confirmations, and honored their estimate. The roof is gorgeous. Hazel would've been proud of the clean-up, and the crew was incredibly friendly and conscientious - they even worked, against my pleading - in the rain!! Here's a kicker. The day they started the job, the office manager knocked on my door and did a 'house call' to thank me and express their gratitude for choosing them.
