The annual physical was fine and nothing unexpected, but the nurse seemed like she had a bad day and the wah she asked her questions was pretty blunt and didn't seem very friendly. If it's anything other than a well visit, I'm told by phone staff to go to an Urgent Care-even if I am willing to wait up to a week for a sick appointment. I have had this practice decline my sick call appointment requests all 3 times I have attempted to make one over the past 5 years. I often go without medication because the practice doesn't respond to pharmacist requests to refill routine medication. The Pharmacy tells my the practice won't take their calls either. 5 Stars to the Providers, 1 Star to Practice Administration.

They put me in voicemail. The OTHER Doctor sent me to the ER. Did i ever hear from them? NO. I had to call the after hours service to talk to the doctor on call.
