STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. In-experienced nurses, no care in the world about repeat customers. Dropped my eyelids from injections. I'm not sure how this place is receiving 4 or 5 stars from anyone. There's a reason it's always on Groupon. I bought a Groupon for 50 units of Dysport for the Lemmon Ave location. The nurse said I needed 50 more (of course).. No problem though... I bought 50 more at regular price when I got there. I waited for an hour in the waiting room -although they told me to arrive 15 min early as a new patient... so I waited for an hour and fifteen min... then, the nurse rushed through my injections (I was probably in the room for 5 min.) She squirted some of the Dysport in my eye... first... which was a little scary to say the least..Next she rushed through my injections and made very superficial injections in certain areas. I've been getting injections for about 20 years now.. so I know what it feels like obviously at this point. I told the nurse I didn't think she did the areas properly... it didn't feel as though she really got into the muscles... (very superficial)...She responded with " of just wait a week or so and see and if you feel like it didn't "take" then come on back for a touch up". Guess what.... it DIDNT TAKE. I came back for a touch up and she tells me she can only administer 20 units on the house... "Thats the policy". Your policy she be to administer as much as I originally bought should I need it, especially if YOUR nurse didn't do it correctly in the first place. Once again it didn't feel like she did it right and low and behold... my glabella area in still exactly the same as when I came in the very first time and my eye-lids are now dropped. Especially on my right side.I have emailed them about this and they have not bothered to email me back nor call.... This place is very unprofessional, they clearly hire nurses who do not have experience doing injections! I would steer very clear of this company for sure... i am new to Dallas and found a groupon for TMS. i read all the reviews and called them before purchasing the groupon to see if i could get in before my trip to Hawaii in a week's time. they scheduled me immediately within a day for Botox. i arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork and they were pleasant, patient and helpful. they also explained that i could only use one of the groupons within 90 days and i'll tell you i was pretty upset by that, because it didn't say anything about it on the printout/email i received. (groupon did give me a refund because it was within three days). When i met Elizabeth the nurse/tech that administered my Botox, she asked how my day was and i told her not so great. she apologized for the confusion and not for one second did her attitude or tone change with me. she was the epitome of professionalism. i decided to pay to have the second site (crowsfeet) of Botox. i was a little concerned because i did not know anyone in this facility, but Elizabeth took her time and not only gave me a recommendation but also explained why she felt her determination would provide the best results. this was a dream come true. what struck me most, was that Elizabeth took the time to really listen to me, my needs and my expectations before she spoke. she did not interrupt me and treated me with the greatest respect. i will and would highly recommend this facility, their front end staff and Elizabeth without question to anyone i meet. an amazing experience. They work as a team and deliver a seamless customer experience. This place has some very nice people, but sometimes the service is terrible. Not very well organized. Over half the time they flip my first and last name. Makes me nervous that they may not be looking at the right patient folder. (this has happened) Now, they told me over a month ago that I need to get a form from the doctor to give blood for therapy reasons because my Red Blood count is too high. Hello, I can't get anyone to take responsibility to get the form filled out and sign by the doctor who only comes by the clinics once a week for about an hour. George, I hope you get this and reach back out to me. I even got you on the phone today by mistake and you said, "let me connect you and get you fixed up." Then when I ask to talk to you again, guess what? Your in a meeting. Everyone BEWARE. Just know what to expect before you get disappointed. Like I said, good people, not so good service sometimes. Life Changing!!!! The staff is WONDERFUL. Everyone was always respectful, supportive and polite. The service was beyond what I expected. Dr. Melanie really has all the answers for all your questions. I was skeptical about the results but when I lost 11lbs in the first week or two, I was sold. Since using the services provided here I have had more energy, I smile more, my skin cleared up and the weight has STAYED OFF. The ladies at the front are always awesome. Check in is super quick with a smile. They really get to know you so you feel at ease with every visit. Entire staff knowledgeable about the services they offer. I've tried everything else so i thought.... why not? So far i am very pleased - this is really different than the usual "diet plan" or the latest "diet book". They had testing equipment that showed how many calories my body burns a day and used that to plan my nutrition program - that was a first - and also very good info to know. The psychological side of the program is excellent as well - very good mental preparation - useful tips - and a 12 week online course to help with emotional eating habits and motivation to be more physically active. The medications really do work - it's like i don't even think about food at all - i eat because i have to - not because i want to. Only exercise is walking which i can handle - nice people -very professional - lost 6 pounds in my first week - no cravings - no "exercise anxiety" - yea - i'm happy! read more

I go to the Plano location for Ms. Brittney Johnson. She's fabulous!! Brittney is patient and knowledgeable she answers my questions and is straightforward, which I appreciate. Hello Total Med Solution in Dallas, I have to say I have been to three different weight loss clinics but this clinic has passed my expectations. The clinic is very clean, front desk personal is so kind & greeting as you walk in. Did not wait long at all which is an extra plus! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I did a groupon and didn't expect much because the last time I did a Groupon for B12 shots the place was super sketchy and terrible. But this place was AMAZING!!! They actually care about you and your results. There was a free consultation session with a personal trainer and a physician that spent time asking me questions, reviewing my medical history, and personalizing my treatment plan. I originally found total net solutions through a Groupon deal. I have been receiving ipl photofacials and testosterone replacement therapy for the last 2 months. I have also received Botox injections. The front desk staff is so friendly, accommodating, and very professional. Gracie, my ipl photofacial technician is just a delight to work with and always friendly as if she is very happy to work there! The medical technicians that perform my weekly hormone replacement therapy injections are also so friendly and a delight to work with. The nurse that originally did my intake and consultation, is sadly not there anymore. Her name was Susan. She was so professional and so thorough, I miss her greatly. I have been coming to TMD for years, but I never really felt a sense of loyalty or exclusivity to the place until I was paired with Linzi for the esthetics service and Katherine for injectables. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what really got me hooked was their interest in understanding my concerns and desired outcome and focusing on those results. These ladies really cared and took their time to ensure it was done right. Linzi went above and beyond by seeking additional resources to help me achieve my goals. While I had some trouble with quite a few laser technicians in the beginning as I had some rude and unprofessional encounters, that all changed when I was under Orianna's care. Do not go here. I was given a very brief and uninformative description of what my options were (for weight loss after a baby) by what seemed to me was a ditzy high school chick. I was told that I would need an ekg for the treatment, and then given said ekg by the same chick. The physicians assistant then came into the room to tell me that my ekg was abnormal, and they couldn't help me. She also said that she could not explain what was wrong with the ekg, and that it might have been a problem with the machine, and not to worry. REALLY? You have a high schooler give me an ekg, and not to worry? These people are a bunch of idiots. Have since been to another clinic, and my ekg was fine. read more
