I drove over from Arlington on 9/24 for a 10:45 appointment and was told that the nurse had called in sick. when I asked why they did not try to contact me so i could save a 40 mile trip to Dallas the 2 front desk girls said that was not their job. I got a groupon for a years worth of hair removal. I got my bikini line and underarms done- there are signs printed up on computer paper around the office taped to the walls saying that "You may need more than 6 treatments for hair removal", which was fine with me, because with my deal I was getting 12! I am pale with dark hair, making me a perfect candidate for hair removal. (darker skin or lighter hair makes it harder for the machine to get at the follicle) After 12 treatments my bikini line DID show some patchiness (they say you see patchy growth halfway through treatments), and my underarms had absolutely no change after 12 treatments. Polite, friendly staff, clean facility, worthless hair removal. I would have been livid if I had paid for a full year on their regular price and gotten these results. read more

The crew is very helpful in understanding the concept of the B12 shots, was very discouraged on communication from the medical side. Been on hormone therapy for 7 months and at the end of the 7th month I requested another refill and was told I needed a pap test , and i would have mammogram. If I would have known that before my 7th month was ended I would have scheduled in time, now I have to wait for a two months, I suffer from onstant night sweats and hot flashes. read more

They are horrible! I bought a groupon to do LASER hair removing, and when they gave me an appointment 3 months later- they are fully booked- I went there and I even called them to make sure if there anything I should be doing before my treatment and they said I need to shave! I went there gave them my groupon and waited in the wait area to be called, few minutes later they called my name and entered a room, the technician started off by telling me:" so you are on antibiotic? " I said: "yes" she said some of them are sensitive to light and I am afraid it will burn you, I said I can call my doc and ask him. She said: " weeeeeeell, the machine we have its not ACTUALLY laser, but it still removes hair though- my jaws dropped!!! I asked her about my groupon and that it says LASER hair removing- she said its a typo!!!! That they are working on it right this second! My appointment was October 5th and I bought it in April- and they are now fixing the typo?? This is a rip off, she even tried to make me get other services that they provide there before offering a refund!!! read more

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal (later found out it isn't a laser treatment which I find fraudulent) and was able to get in for my appointment quickly. I walk in to a beautiful office and meet Kelly who would be my technician. She was so sweet and professional and I actually got decent results. On my 4th appointment I was disappointed to find out that Kelly was no longer there and that Monica would be taking over. She was nice, but I found it incredibly unprofessional when she told me that Kelly had been fired because she was burning people. She could've said a thousand other things, but nope, she went with throwing her under the bus and making me feel uncomfortable in the process. So I didn't shave because Kelly always told me not to and Monica tells me that I should've shaved so I would get better results. I was kind of annoyed so she said she would give me some free treatments to basically make up for Kelly's ineptitude. For the record, Kelly was awesome and knew what she was doing. Ok so skip to the next visit and I shaved and Monica tells me that I shouldn't have shaved! I just kind of went along with it, but the next visit I come in without having shaved and a new person, Gracie, tells me that I should've shaved! This time I tell her that I'm confused and that everyone keeps giving me conflicting information and swore to her that Monica told me not to shave and she said she would talk to Monica about it. Well, she decides to discuss it with her right in front of me while I was standing there scheduling my last visit! She actually used my file folder to cover her face and whispered to Monica and Monica decides to come over right myanmar and clearly and loudly tells Gracie "No! If anything I'm VERY CLEAR about telling them TO shave!" Ok so I'm a liar? What would I have to gain by taking time out of my schedule to come to an appointment unprepared when my sole purpose for the appointment is to get results? Why would I purposely go against what I was supposedly told to do? So Gracie could tell that I was getting pissed and immediately shut it down by trying to give me another free visit which Monica clearly displayed irritation over. Since then I've researched what kind of training these technicians go through to be able to man these machines and let me tell ya...there's hardly ANY training required by the state! BEWARE when buying these laser hair removal deals. The state doesn't require any certification and only a few hours of training are required. You can dress up an office and outfit your staff in scrubs, but you're not going to see success when you hire untrained people off the street, George Thompson. Incidentally, I still haven't gotten any results from their light (again not the same as laser) therapy and basically wasted my money. They also tried to sell me the weight loss shots and now that I'm reading that the shots come with a prescription for phentermine well, voila, that's all you need. A friend got just the shots and said they made no difference. Needless to say, stay away from this place, it's a rip off. read more

When I bought the Groupon for weight loss systems, I checked to make sure they were open on Saturdays. Med Solutions said they were open for Saturday appointments. Today, I called to schedule the appointments and now they are closed on Saturdays. An employee named Scott was very rude and said Doctors office shouldn't be open on Saturdays. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on the employee's behavior and attitude. read more

I have been to Total Med Solutions three times for dysport injections. They have always been friendly and easy to work with in regard to appointment scheduling. The first time was great. The nurse practitioner who administered the medication seemed very knowledgeable and my results were good. The second time there was a different technician and I didn't question it, assuming she was equally trained. I felt like she did not know what I was talking about when I told her I wanted to get some "lift" in my eyes but she worked on my crows feet instead and my results were ok. The third time (last week) the same technician administered the dysport and I noticed that her injections were more shallow than I have received in the past ( I have been receiving Botox and dysport injections for 6 -7 years) and she seemed to make fewer injections, but administered more solution each time than i normally receive. Anyway, now I have a drooping eye that is about half way closed, a possible side effect of the injections but usually caused by poor technique. I won't be returning toTotal Med Solutions. read more

I bought a coupon package for laser hair removal in October.I could not get an appointment until January. After the first treatment, they gave me a printed schedule for the remaining appointments. I had foot surgery at the end of January and was on crutches. With great difficulty, I went for my February appt.,which they had called the day before to confirm. when I got there, I was told that the date was too close to the first appt. and that it should not have been scheduled. They said to come back for the March appt., which was today. I was still on crutches. I didn't shave the area so they could see what needed to be treated since it has been two months since they saw me. I was told they couldn't treat it until it was shaved and they had no disposable razors available. I walked out in disgust. One treatment in 6 months is unacceptable. Stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. read more

No need to worry: I've been going here for two years now (for Botox) and they're fantastic! They also participate in the BrilliantDistinctions program so you earn points to redeem every time you purchase Botox (or other Allergan products). I got $30 off my last treatment. Today was my first visit to Total Med Solutions & actually my first time at any med spa at all. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly, but still professional. The gentleman at the check in desk, who's name escapes me (blonde, young, glasses) was very nice. They were playing "Mean Girls" on the TV in the waiting room, which is a big plus in my book! Haha! Elizabeth Hurley is the RN who took care of me & she's fabulous. I had a ton of questions she gladly answered and her recommendations came across very honest, which I appreciate. Came in today for B-12 shots to help me the energy I have been lacking recently. The Nurse Practioner, Lisa Watson was so great. She spent about 10 minutes with me talking about taking a daily multi vitamin to help my energy levels as well. This place does not push product or try to upsale you. They are truly looking out for the patients best interests in which i highly value. I can already tell a difference and will be coming back next week for another shot. I bought a 6 pack of B 12 shots- and once I finish those- I hope to just rely on a multi vitamin. read more

I've been going here since 2014 mostly for Botox. It wasn't until this year that I started going to the Dallas office and Lauren started doing my Botox. She is why I am writing this review! This girl knows what she is doing and so sweet! PS their Groupon deals Rock be ready to pay for extra 20 units is not enough to really do anything but it's a great discount!! I'm changing my review after many years I've let things slide until this last visit. I brought my Sister with me. We did not Pay a discount with any Groupon still someone has to come out ahead and it sure was not my sister or myself . I've always seen lines and just ignored them after paying for extra botox. This time nope I paid more then I ever have and my face looks like I didn't have a damn thing done. Someone is getting the botox I'm paying for "It's not me!'
