If I can give this place a zero star I will! Watch out for deals they advertise on injections. Total scam! They charge $10 per unit but product is not effective. I've been getting injections for years and I know when product is bad. I went back to let this establishment to let them know that their "Botox" had zero effect on injection site. They kept justifying. They took after photo and clearly the exact same as before. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm happy to share details but this place is a disgrace. Where I used to go for my Botox was so far away. I wanted somewhere closer. I read the reviews on this Med Spa in Highland Village. So I thought I would give them a try. WOW just Wow Princess is the best injector I have ever had. Just to let you know I have been getting Botox for 7 years now. She not only is a great injector but a great educator. If you have any questions she will answer and explain every procedure. I love how she took before pictures, and then she had me return in two weeks to see if I was satisfied. She then proceeded to take more pictures and we had to do a little touch up. All so she could find out how many units I require for the results I am looking for. Due to me being a new patient. Oh and let's not forget she is practically painless. Yes, there is a couple of needle pricks that you feel. I was questioning if she was actually injecting anything at one point. Bahaha. I had no bruising for the first time since we moved to Texas. If you are on the fence give this Med Spa a try!!!!!! read more

I just moved here and was looking for a new day spa. My appointment was with Princess for lip injections; she explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the fact that she was conservative and believes in more of a natural look. Since it was my first time with her; she gave me her number and told me to contact her anytime day or night, no matter what time should I have questions or concerns. This impressed me and the other staff were welcoming snd so sweet. This was a welcome change due to the fact that at my past place I went to were stuffy and pretentious. I had one procedure performed about 3 months ago. I wasn't pleased with the follow up, nor the text messages when I had questions . I have been receiving unwanted text message CONSTANTLY , DAILY , about specials. I have called at least 7 times in three months... always assured I've been removed from their lists, only to receive texts again!!!
