As a medical provider, I understand that in order survive, a business requires patients to actually show up for their appointment - otherwise it is lost time and revenue. It is frustrating and difficult and dealing with it gets real old, real fast. I get it. I deal with it regularly on the provider end. What I don't understand, is why a business refuses to acknowledge that occasionally life happens. It is incredibly disappointing to discover that Ultimate Image refuses to extend even a single first-time allowance for a reschedule and charges $50. If I could somehow see into the future and know a same day, last minute call off for a shift was going to happen so I wouldn't be able to make my 3:35p appointment, I certainly would have let you know 24 hours in advance too. Instead I called 7 hours before my appointment, before the business even opened for the day and left a message. The last minute change really messed up my schedule just like yours but as you well know, patient care and customer service comes first. read more

This is my first time having laser hair removal and I was getting 5 places done, so I wanted someone who was knowledgeable in what they were doing since it was my first time. I was very afraid of getting these burned marks I saw other people got on the reviews so I really wanted to do my research. Then I found Amber and I'm very glad I made the choice to go to her. She was informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I had really thick lower leg hair it looked like bobs burgers "the dads" legs hair and after the first treatment I already noticed A difference. I have had the best experience at this location thanks to Amber. She is very delightful and pays attention to your every needs. She also provided expert advices that works best for each individual. As a transgender person, I've always been self conscious about my body image and having another person doing treatments on my sensitive areas including Brazilian is a nightmare for me. I am about to have my third visit here for laser hair removal for underarm and Brazilian bikini. My first time ever having this done and boy did they sell! My husband told me about a Groupon and that they would honor the Groupon if you didn't purchase. No joke I pad less than $400 for 6 sessions for both my services. I ended up getting both the new client special and the Groupon special. Awesome! I can already see amazing results and the staff is great about letting you know what to expect. Extremely bad customer service. Called to request for a sample of the moisturizer and spoke to Mia. Came in and was stared at for several moments before even being greeted. Mia was extremely sarcastic I guess she assumed I was freeloading samples meanwhile I've spent close to $400 on various treatments with ultimate image. I'm sure that Mia the receptionists behavior isn't a reflection of ultimate images processes but it definitely makes ultimate image look bad. She was extremely rude and tacky. Mia is a bad representation of Ultimate image Lewisville, Tx and I will not be returning to this location. read more

I had been wanting to try laser hair removal but was a little scared, so when a friend of mine told me she bought a Groupon for it, I decided to try it. She went to a couple of her sessions, and said it wasn't terrible. It's not the most comfortable thing to have done, but it's fairly quick, and then it's over. I found a Groupon that also had an additional $30 off, and rather than buy the Groupon because they take such a high percentage, I called Ultimate Image directly and asked if they would honor the price, and they did! I tried to get into Dallas, but they were super booked, so I took Lewisville instead. I got super lucky and got Amber. She's awesome! Super fast, and talks to you the entre time, so you don't feel uncomfortable. She's funny and nice, and will have your Brazilian done in about 5 minutes, if that. I have the option to book at other locations she's at, but have chosen to stay in Lewisville and see her there. It's right off the highway, and in a nice location, so I don't really mind the 15 minute drive. The staff overall is really great. Because of my job, I sometimes have to reschedule last minute and change my appointment. They're very nice about it, and always accommodate me. I'm only a few sessions in, but am definitely seeing results, and looking forward to the final outcome. Best deal in town. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying it. read more

The staff at the Facility is very friendly. Unfortunately they have to support the owners on pricing scams, which impacts them as well. Bought a Groupon for full back. When I arrived I was informed it was only 1/2 back?? They had obviously changed a pricing grid post selling the services on Groupon. The sheet had items that contradicted each other and did not make sense. Who would laser 1/2 a back. BTW my back has been waxed for years and is very light. A little on top, little on sides and a little at bottom. Not happy. Every time I show up and the staff reminds me they are only going to laser some of my back ,I get reminded of the scam!! read more

Amber is the reason why I go there! I started off from groupon, and I had bought two different sessions at two different spas. I wanted to see which spa would hurt less and has better service, so I could continue more sessions in that place. I usually get there on time and I'd be out the door in 20 minutes! Amber has always been friendly and helpful. I told her my concerns with hyperpigmentation, and she suggested a cream and literally googled it and showed me. That kind of service is what makes you want to go back, which I did. I added 6 more sessions with her. And I know if I need anymore hair removal sessions, I'll look out for her first. Amber was gone for 2 weeks, and I actually moved my appointment for when was back at work. I'm not sure whether there was someone else working her shift, but I wasn't going to go through all that experience! Another thing I have noticed is how they confirm the appointments. I usually get an email and a text, which is much easier to track. My other spa didn't have a confirmation process and missed couple sessions from them. I have not tried their other locations, so I can't speak for them, but the Lewisville location has a great service! read more
