At one appointment, I was literally in the middle of Botox injections when she came into the room, stopped the assistant, and oroceeded to attempt to sell me five syringes of filler...far more than I'd ever use if I wanted to maintain a natural look. It felt unprofessional and intrusive, and I left feeling more like a dollar sign than a client. I also requested a specific injector because she had a lighter touch, but this request was ignored and I was promptly scheduled with the same person. On top of that, at this same appointment, the injector told me she miscounted my units on the previous visit and then I was charged for the extra 10 units. It felt intentional and unfair since it was their mistake and the unit number wasn't the same as usual. Maybe this wouldn't have bothered me so much if I was not constantly feeling pressured. After moving on to another salon, I realized how stress free these appointments should be. My new provider delivers great results with 40% less product and without the constant upselling. I finally feel like a valued client rather than a sales target.

I asked if I could run to the restroom while they were preparing the room. I came back to the room and started the 30-minute treatment. After no one came to the room so I dressed and went to the front to pay $169. I went home and discovered my gold chain was missing, my cross was at the bottom of my purse the gold chain was pulled out. I thought since the manager and coworker were present, who are both minority Mexican women, I would never think they would steal my belongings. I called and sent a text the same day. I went up to the location on Monday, and Angelica dismissed me as if I was lying and misplaced my chain. My belongings were left alone with Suzanna and Angelica. I filed a police report, and I am waiting on the next step. Imagine paying $169 for a service, and your jewelry was stolen while the manager, Angelica Silva, was present. The owner said he didn't think my jewelry was stolen because they don't need the money??
