Ryndi made sure that I saw someone that would work well with my fears. I saw Mark and he was wonderful! First he ask questions, then he listened. He was wonderful to explain throughly what he thought would be best. He prices out everything for you to choose how much you would like to do without feeling pressured at all. I am a first time user of ANY type of filler or inject-able. I am 48, I feel at least a dozen years younger but life is rough and I would look in the mirror and was increasingly so sad at the tired, looking face that looked back. Bags under my eyes, mouth starting to droop down at the corners,,,,you get the picture. I decided to try a little something subtle to help me not look so permanently exhausted. I was incredibly nervous hoping I would not look like someone who had "work" done. Then I met Allison. Not only was she my Cosmetic Injector but is also an RN. I knew I was in good hands. I loved her immediately. She was so sweet and kind, she really put me at ease. I am a big chicken when it comes to needles so this was kind if a big deal for me to even sign up for such a thing. She took images, looked closely at my face from all angles and got to work. They have this incredible numbing gel that made me hardly feel a thing. No joke! Even though she took her time, never rushed through any part of my appointment, I was out of there in no time. I may just be one lucky girl but I think it also had something to do with Allison but, I did not bruise one little bit. I went back to work right from my appointment and finished the day. I told nobody but my husband what I did and wouldn't you know - I was getting comments. GREAT comments. "You look really good today. Are you doing something different with your make up? It is really pretty....." etc..... I cannot tell you how great that made me feel. I am such a fan. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress enough how much you should take your business elsewhere. On the day of my appointment, Total Med Solutions failed to deliver, in that they scheduled me with someone who was not available for the entire time I was scheduled for, meaning that I only got less than half of my treatment. After deciding that I no longer wanted to continue my treatments, I got passed around between around ten different people on the phone, none of whom could help me, and none of whom had any idea of my situation each time I got passed on to them. Once I finally got to speak to a supervisor, it took several days to get them to agree to a refund - and they never called me back as promised (hmm.. failing to deliver on promises should be this company's motto), I had to call them 2-3 times and again each time got passed around several people, none of whom had any idea what I was talking about. I had 3 IPL sessions and saw no results aside from a little temporary pore shrinking - very temporary. Okay, maybe I'm not a candidate for effective IPL? What really turned me off is that they use baby wipes on your face. After the first treatment, i brought my own soap (because they only have the industrial pink soap that you'd find in a gas station bathroom) and washed my face in the bathroom beforehand, but when the treatment is over, they still use the baby wipes. YUCK! I get more spa experience at the gynecologist's office than I did at this place. read more

I just completed a 6 treatment package for zerona, and I'm not extremely convinced that it made much of an impact on my target area. The ladies at the Plano office were nice, but they verged on the border of faking it. I'm not sure if my experience had to do anything with the fact that I purchased a special on livingsocial/groupon for my treatments, that I wasn't treated like an actual "full paying" customer, but I definitely felt brushed off. They measured me on my first visit and handing me a piece of paper with the guidelines for the treatments and that was it, oh and not to mention I was measured with my pants on (clearly anyone would show results when final measurements with pants off), and that was the extent of any consultation. Regardless of this not-so-clever trick, I was NEVER measured at the end of my treatments, so I have nothing to go on from other than the fact that my jeans weren't as tight as they were when I started the treatments. I hope that my experience was just one of a fluke and that I happen to be the only one who feels cheapened by this experience. read more

WOW, so I am reading all these bad reviews and somewhat amazed. I have been a customer of Total Med since they opened their doors going back almost 5 years when they were Med-Men. I have been on the testosterone shots, fat burner shots, and Dysport. I have had great service but yes, there have been off days, they have ran late or not in the best mood, but come on people don't judge a clinic unless you have been going there a while. I have gone to both Dallas and the Plano location for years. The owner has even gone out of his way to explain differences in products and his personal experience with the products. My wife has uses them as well for Dysport and we both love our results and get this treatment a couple times a year. My suggestion is, go a few times, before passing judgment. Make sure your nice to, who wants to deal with a pissy customer? And as far as price, beauty isn't cheap! My guess you spent thousands on cheese burgers, so it will take thousands to get it off! OR you smoke your face off and expect Dysport will make you look young again... no, stop smoking! Come on people, get real. I bought the groupon for the B12 injections. I set my first appointment at 5:15. I had to leave work early to accommodate their schedule. When i arrived at the Allen location the women behind the desk said that would not be able to see me because it was almost closing time. It was my first visit and she said it would take about 15 minutes. I am in sales/ customer service. If a client walks in at 5:35 they would be treated just as if the were there at 2:00. There was no one in the waiting room. i was not told that my first appointment would take any longer and 5 min. She said i would have to come in the next day.. I cant leave work early every day. I dont think the NEW LOCATION will last if this is the customer service they provide. So much for my groupon! read more

I'd have to say, I agree with most of the previous comments regarding having to wait an extended amount of time for a scheduled appointment in the Dallas office. However, this is the best price for 25 units of botox, and it can't be beat! However, I've been a few times, and I must admit, HANDS DOWN, the best RN injector is Misti Flores! I tried another in the office, Lauren, and wasn't pleased at all with her therapeutic communication skills. I considered going elsewhere, but gave it another shot. Had the PRP done, I wasn't too impressed for the amount I paid. Esthetician wasn't aware that I am one myself. As she was doing the procedure she stated she couldn't go over or under my eyes, which you can. There is a technique instead of sliding the microneedle pen across, you can tap around that area with the lowest speed. She was right about the skin being thinner around that area but it's doable. Also, no other serum was added, they only used my plasma, I wished they would've of offered other products. Esthetician is very sweet but I can tell she has only done a few and can learn some other techniques(this can help with the selling piece of the product that is hot on the market right now) Also she wasn't too sure if you can inject the plasma into the skin, which you also can. I guess my thing is if you're offering a service make sure you have the knowledge. Yes, an NP/PA should know but so should the techs who performs the treatments... it looks better when an esthetician who is doing the treatment is on the same page as the NP or doc. instead of having to pass the ticket and coming across uncertain in front of your client/patient. The staff is sweet however I feel that more education can take place. I hope the team can demonstrate elite chair side manner and truly listen to what areas clients are wanting to focus on and deliver... That is if it's doable. If a team is able to take their time to truly listen and ask the right questions this will allow any MD spa to have an influx rather than having a revolving door. Quality should always be number one. The Esthetician and staff are very sweet just some minor adjustments which can be corrected... Such as learning the new and improved techniques/products along with educating your prospects so they can feel confident and trusting in the service you are providing, this always leads to return clients/patients and word of mouth. read more

Good prices, nice people, and scheduling is very easy, however, one of the worst offices when it comes to getting you in on time. I've used this facility twice and arrived both times 10 min prior to my appointment time, however, I was called back 35 min and 20 min AFTER my scheduled appointment times. This place clearly has "regulars" that will come in and out for services while you are waiting to be seen. I went for botox and I can get botox anywhere else at the same rate and with the same results but without having to wait so long to get in. Got stuck on the Tollway and was late, and they were really gracious about it (even stayed late on a Friday to get my procedure taken care of).
