highly disappointed in the lack of customer service And blatant dishonesty…read more while she does respond to emails fairly quickly, I do dislike being outright lied to. recently purchased two ruff land crates. paid for additional shipping. zero issues. everything up to that points was handled as I would expect. However, when asked for tracking information (several days after the funds for shipping were sent/received) Sarah stated in an email that the courier/shipping company she uses 'does not' have tracking numbers. That sounded strange to me, so I called the company. As I was able to tell them where the shipment was originating from and where it was going, In less than 2 minutes they were more than happy to supply me with the tracking number and the weigh bill information. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism continued and the crates were not shipped In a timely manner. Blame was placed wholly on the courier service and I am left wondering what to believe. I personally would not recommend purchasing from the store, transparency and honesty go a long way In todays day and age, and neither of those things were apparently a priority AFTER the purchase was made. I have no issues waiting for items, however the 12 days for the shipment to be couriered 85 km (with a ferry ride) is rather excessive to me, Unless otherwise stated.

My girlfriend has been coming here for years and always had great service... until today! We…read morebrought our dog and our pup in for a quick rinse after the dog beach. A younger girl at the counter asked her if she needed 2 separate baths or just one, which we replied that we just need one. She charged us for one bath.... which is the way they've always done it when we've brought them both. An older lady working there (with short blonde hair) snapped at my girlfriend that "its per dog, not per bath!". My girlfriend replied by apologizing and said they always just charge me for one bath. The entire time that the 2 dogs were in the bath was less than 10 minutes (including the rude interaction from this Bosley's employee). We would have been longer but we couldn't actually soap up the dogs as the shampoo bottles were mostly filled with water. Anyways.... as we were getting ready to leave my girlfriend was being pulled to the exit by our bigger dog at which point this lady chose to yell at her that she still has to pay for another dog!! Wow, great customer service!! Seeing as this lady was making no attempt to be polite or courteous I sarcastically asked if we get a discount seeing as the shampoo bottles were filled with water! And in her same stone cold, rude tone she states "its concentrated, it has to be watered down". Well guess what, we have the exact same product at home and it is NOT concentrated. I am sorry to say that this lady was so completely rude that she has guaranteed we will never give any business to them ever again. If the bathing system was supposed to be per dog this whole time I can accept that. There's a right way to educate your patrons and a wrong way. SHE chose the wrong way. I'll share this story with everyone I can. Unblievable! And for the record, I just checked the Bosleys Website and it stats $10 for dog wash station, not per dog!
