He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I called our plumber and he was down for count with Covid. He recommended John DeGrace. John was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He had a crew at my house 8:30 the next morning. Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted. It was a two day job but John promised we'd have heat before the cold front and he was true to his word. Not only that but his guys were clean and respectful of our home. They were also very accommodating if we asked them to wait outside while we dressed or cared for my aunt. Never a hesitation to tell us no problem, take your time, let us know when.
