They do not respect or value their clients time. We had an in issue with landscape lighting that was originally fixed however two weeks later, the problem recurred. Another electrician came out and spent time and left with no resolution. We had no update or information I called numerous times and finally settled to have someone scheduled to come out again FOR THREE STRAIGHT WEEKS, I rescheduled patients in my office so I could wait for the electrician and for THREE STRAIGHT WEEKS, no one showed up, no one called, no one informed me they would not be coming. I am a physician and rearranged my schedule to meet with the electrician. I called each time and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and on the last no show occurrence, when I called to see what happened, she had me on hold for 10 minutes and then returned and flatly said, sorry no one put you on the schedule. I don't like to write bad reviews and try to support local businesses, so I even emailed the company to get their response to try and give them a chance to make amends and they have still never responded. They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)
