He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. Well we went on vacation and left instructions with my father in law to add chemicals while we were gone. Unfortunately he completely forgot about it for 2 weeks in the middle of summer, and we came back to a swamp! The problem is he set up my pool to only circulate 2 hours a day and I started to get clumps of debris on one end of my pool (Baja step where the pool cleaner doesn't go). Also my spa suction to return ratio makes the spa drain over time. Paco blames this on my plumber. These two circumstances can be fixed with adjustment of the cams in the valves so they don't open all the way. Over the course of the past month I've been in communication trying to get him to fix the settings to way I want my pool to run and has been avoiding the trek back to make the adjustments. He charged me $300 for 30 minutes of work. If you want a custom pool not to be custom, I don't recommend.
