Although I had to continue reaching out to him and pushing to have him address the issues, he has finally remedied a portion of the concrete problem. In an attempt to remedy the problem himself, he sprayed a sealant onto the raised bond beam portion of the back yard; unfortunately, it made the issue worse. After attempts to remove the sealant, it was determined that it could not be removed. Fernando finally hired an external company to grind down the concrete and apply a new concrete layer to a knock-down finish (See photos). Unfortunately, he will not refinish the rest of the concrete that his company poured throughout my backyard, but at least he addressed the portion that he attempted to fix. That said, I commend Fernando for attempting to remedy the problem, and I do not harbor any ill will towards him or his company. That said, moving forward, I will make sure to get a signed contract with a manufacturer's defect clause for any future construction jobs I plan in the future.

Our backyard is on a hill, so flooding used to be a frequent problem--but with the new drainage, we've had zero issues even when storms came through. From start to finish, their communication was clear and consistent, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The team was flexible with on-site changes and provided quick, accurate updates and estimates whenever adjustments were needed. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. Fernando and Juan continuously visited the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly throughout the entire process. He fixed the wiring to get my jacuzzi working again and helped me set a schedule for my variable speed pump. Also, my variable speed pump was stuck on high speed, and he linked it into the Jandy subpanel where I have a high speed and a low speed which will save me money. He also offered to give him a call if I had any questions or problems in the future I am completely satisfied with Cerda Pool construction and highly recommend them for anything to do with your Pool.. I actually had two other Pool guys out trying to get my Jacuzzi to work and Charlie was the only one who got it to work with the same equipment before I even changed anything out. Highly recommend!

Had a very tired, old and dry pool…read more Olma's stripped the old plaster down to the gunite, and then installed beautiful new tile of our choice, and then applied new coloured plaster (French Gray). They installed a new light fixture as well. All this took 3 days. We essentially have a new pool. The water in French Gray plastered pool shows a beautiful pastel blue. Should have done the work years ago. The best part? Olmas was less than half the cost of the other replaster quotes we have received. High quality work with stunning results!
