Based on the price, the details shown on the estimate, communication response and the professional manner of the staff I met, I decided to hire Best Homes Construction/Best Homes Painting for my painting project. Response: 1. During this project, Henry always responded to me in a timely and professional manner. 2. The estimate was provided on the same day after the company's visit. Estimate: 1. Before setting up the appointment for the on-site estimate, I was provided a price range. 2. Henry and his staff arrived in uniform on time and with their professional manner. 3. The estimate was emailed in details. It contained the breakdowns of the estimate, forms of payment, daily work hours, etc. 4. The estimate did not include the paint but there're options for customers to choose. The customers could buy the paint themselves or the company can buy for them with an additional service charge. If the customers buy their own paints, the company would provide a list of what is needed. 5. The estimate of my project was out of the price range.
