Estimated to finish in 3 days by different painters but they actually finished in 2 days and maintained the good quality of work. I seldom write reviews. However, Best Homes Construction's professional services and good quality of work deserve me to take my time to write this review. It is a small business which needs more customers' reviews to support them and reflect their good works. Initially, I had my estimate request to another company but Yelp, automatically, sent the estimate requests to a few other companies as well. Best Homes Construction was one of them. Based on the price, the details shown on the estimate, communication response and the professional manner of the staff I met, I decided to hire Best Homes Construction/Best Homes Painting for my painting project. Response: 1. During this project, Henry always responded to me in a timely and professional manner. 2. The estimate was provided on the same day after the company's visit. Estimate: 1. Before setting up the appointment for the on-site estimate, I was provided a price range. 2. Henry and his staff arrived in uniform on time and with their professional manner. 3. The estimate was emailed in details. It contained the breakdowns of the estimate, forms of payment, daily work hours, etc. 4. The estimate did not include the paint but there're options for customers to choose. The customers could buy the paint themselves or the company can buy for them with an additional service charge. If the customers buy their own paints, the company would provide a list of what is needed. 5. The estimate of my project was out of the price range. However, Henry took initiation to give me a discount to match with the price range. Painters: 1. Rolando and Richard were always in their professional and respectful manner. 2. The quality of their work was great. 3. They took action immediately to meet my request. That's a great customer service. 4. I could tell they have spent so much effort in wrapping up this project. That's beyond the 5 stars. Overall, I was very happy with the result. Thank Henry, Rolando and Richard for the great work and effort! Please keep it up! When I got my receipt, I was told that the company also does floor, bath and kitchen remodeling besides painting. That's very nice to know about it.

Sergio requested the primary insured's name, explained the process, and I sent over our insurance company's summary of dwellings coverage on 6/30/26 following the adjuster's inspection. After following up a few times with both Sergio and my adjuster to see if they had connected, Sergio informed me on 7/14/26 that they had spoken and he forwarded a document to me. However, it turned out to be the exact same paperwork I had already sent him two weeks prior. When I pointed out the duplicate, communication completely stopped. Hoping to clear up the confusion, I called him. He texted back saying he couldn't talk at the moment--which is completely understandable--so I asked him to call me when he had a chance. That is when the customer service took a sharp turn. He responded via text with: "Understand but I am also taking care of more customers." I replied, "Understood, when u have 4 min." That text was sent on 7/15/26. After days of total silence, I decided to make one final effort to resolve this. On July 20, 2026, I called and left Sergio a message asking for a call back by 5:00 PM. I wanted to make one last attempt to fix the situation because I know leaving a permanent, scathing review online is a bridge-burning move that eliminates any chance of a company making things right. Unfortunately, he never returned the call. As a customer with an actively damaged roof exposed to the elements, I was incredibly taken aback by being told other clients were a higher priority, and even more disappointed by the total lack of response to a final deadline. Because of this complete lack of organization, reliability, and basic professionalism, I have lost all trust. I have since contacted my insurance adjuster to revoke JP Exteriors' access to my claim, and I am taking my business to a roofing company that actually values its clients.
