I hired them to perform a very large project for my 3 unit, 3.5 story condo association on Chicago's northside that took about a month to complete. I got five bids and opted for Tony's group, not based on price alone, but based on the totality of comfort we felt with Tony as a person, along with all the good online reviews his company had. I'm so glad we did as 100%/Tony dazzled us with extreme effort and attention to detail. His two man team, assigned to our project, were here every day from dawn to dusk and even worked Saturdays as well. Not once, in spite of this arduous schedule in sometimes blazing heat, did they take any shortcuts. In fact just the opposite happened as they took the long way on everything to make sure when they left we got an exceptional looking, long-lasting finished product. His team is so skilled, in fact, that they knew how to do everything from all facets of painting (i.e.: rust removal prep, moisture removal, priming, fixing wall indentations, painting, and staining), to deck board removal/sanding/replacement, to taking apart and re-assembling things, to even taking on things outside the original scope of the project. I also liked that they took the initiative on everything, and would remove all our deck furniture without asking us to do it and then put it back at the end where it looked even neater and properly placed than it did originally. I'm not alone in my feelings for Tony and his team as I know the two other members of our condo association were also blown away by their thoroughness and the quality of work they gave us. We had Tony and his crew stain our cedar fence back in 2019 at the recommendation of the fence contractor. They did a beautiful job. This year we had various painting needs and had him come back. On short notice they painted our laundry room before a new washer and drier were installed. Then they painted the exterior of our back porch and three sets of large exterior French doors across the front of our home. The doors were in serious disrepair, but they repaired and painted them to look like new. Beautiful. A similarly professional job was done on the porch. We had drywall replaced and patched, as well as painting walls and spray the opening ceiling in the basement. You can't even tell where the drywall was patched, and the painting looks great. As the treasurer of my condo association, I commissioned Tony to repaint the entire metal work of our property as well as complete some power-washing . He came as a referral from a neighbor and his quote was very competitive. The work included removing all the rust and resealing endless amounts of metal fencing, stairs and deck support beams. I wish I could tell you about the quality of this guy's work, but it wasn't meant to be. I reached out to him to ask for an estimate over the phone. He answered, asked a few questions about the job, and then asked me to go to his website and submit the job. I filled out his web form and submitted four pictures of my deck area as he requested. Waited a week, nothing. It was over a holiday weekend, so I figured he got backed up. I called again, he answered again, and apologized seemingly sincerely for not getting to the quote. He said he would do it with a day or two. Waited another week, still nothing, called again. Again he answered the phone himself, again he apologized. By now I'm getting I'm getting impatient, so I tell him if he doesn't want the work because it's too small or he's too busy or whatever, just tell me and we can stop wasting each other's time. He says no, no, no, he definitely wants the work and he will absolutely send me a quote tonight. That was a week ago, still nothing. He might do great work, but he may waste a few weeks of your time and leave you at square one. read more

We've used Tony for a couple of major jobs at our home and can only boast fantastic words about his work. First of all, Tony, is a first class business man. He is extremely courteous and consciencious about what you, the customer, are looking for. Next, Tony is extremely clean while working on site and his overall person. This man works with paint, sands, vacuums, powerwashes, stains whatever it takes and he himself is still clean. He is an honest worker. If he says 7:30am, he's there and possibly earlier. We've had no problem with leaving Tony in and at our home while he's working, he fully has our trust. This is not an easy thing to gain from any client, but Tony is a very honest man and is there to do what you've hired him to take care of. Tony's work is SUPERIOR in quality. Tony and his team did a great job refinishing and painting the metal stairs on our 3-story condo building in October. From the beginning, Tony was incredibly responsive, did a great job explaining the work that would be needed, and kept us constantly updated on the timeline.
