He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. Last year someone rear ended my car at a drive-thru. The damage was very minor. Then earlier this year, I was dumb and scratched up the front passenger side of my front bumper and fender on the side of the garage. That's when I started looking around for repair shops and how much it would cost. Had no clue that mobile dent and scratch repair was a thing! What a life saver because I definitely didn't want to leave my car at a shop for days and worry about whether it would be secure or not. After submitting pictures of the damage and filling out the form online, they sent back an estimate fairly quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks when I called to make an appointment. Also, they do have an actual auto body shop in Henderson but I decided to stick with their convenient mobile service. Israel and his wife showed up on time and finished everything within 3 hours right in our driveway. They did a excellent job and my car pretty much looked brand new! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that there was a small part of my bumper that wasn't worked on, but they did do their best to do a "touch up." I guess this area was not included in the estimate. Just to be clear, I'm not blaming anyone. I think one problem that arises from providing pictures vs having someone inspect the damage in person for quotes can lead to some minor miscommunication. However, the major scratches that were very obvious were taken care of, so I'm happy. Overall they did a good job and were very responsive so I definitely recommend Bumper Buddies!

Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. To be fair, they were definitely the cheaper option I found in Vegas. They were able to repair the…read morescratches on the bumper, timing was as promised (2 days) and Laura had good communication throughout the process. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.
