When any mobile vendor arrives, my first impression is always provided by the vehicle they arrive in. Is their vehicle clean, free of crash damage, etc.? After all, this is their mobile office, their place of business, their mobile billboard. The vehicle he arrived in was older, but showroom quality. You could tell he took pride in his ride...which tells me he likely takes pride in his work. The work itself was amazing. You cannot tell where the door ding was. The new owner quoted my Mom's car for around $3000 with upholstery for leather seat, and easy fix paint job for Mercedes ML350. Those were paid with insurance prices. We were going to pay cash only. He stated the amount would still be the same. We had worst damages from before, and the most we paid was around $400-$600 for bodywork. The 2 small paint chips was fix with Mercedes touch up paint. and the scratches were removed with turtle wax. It took about an hr for my friend who is a mechanic to fix it for $50 Labor. 3 stars because I know they do great work. I'd still recommend this shop if you use insurance to pay for your damages. From initial tow to final repair, everyone who touched my case was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Because my case involved a loaner, it was a little special in handling with the insurance company; however, Tom (manager) made sure that everything was taken care of. Even when the insurance company (USAA) did not want to cover "new" parts for the repair (because it happened on the 1st day of the year (2026) and they said the car was not new) - the loaner had less than 700 miles and was a 2025. He called repeatedly to see if USAA would cover the cost and when they finally said "hard no". He gave me a discount on the difference in cost (what the insurance paid); as well as, wrote a detailed letter (with backup documentation), so I could send to USAA management to still try and get reimbursed. This is the type of repair service you want, especially when dealing with insurance companies. Someone who will fight for, repair the vehicle (right) and not overcharge you (even give a discount). Top company indeed!!!

While there was communication, it was completely unproductive. They fought back and forth with the insurance company, but they refused to resolve the problem. We paid our deductible, expecting them to finalize the claim, but instead, it dragged on for two months. When we finally got the car back, they were condescending and disrespectful. Not only did the process take far too long, but they also damaged the car further--fuses were blown, the interior lighting stopped working, and one of the tail-lights was ruined, costing us even more. They never took responsibility or offered to fix it. This was a disgraceful experience--I would never recommend AW Collision Center to anyone. Stay far away.
