Left my 2025 Outlaw with Alpin Haus for warranty repairs! Absolutely terrible Service Department…read more They had my RV for 103 days and only completed 20% of the needed repairs. The Service manager insisted the RV was "full body paint" when the vinyl striping flew off while driving. I had to beg him to just "go look at the RV and you will see it is not paint, its vinyl"! The service department NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and will not return phone messages. Of the 18 repair requests, 4 were completed and 2 of the 4 were not completed correctly IN 103 DAYS! And to top it off Alpin Haus billed my credit card on file for $2039.89 for parts and labor they ordered but did not install. THIS CREDIT CARD CHARGE WAS DONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I found on my credit card bill way after the fact. The labor charge to my credit card was for labor that was never performed. After emailing the Operations Director, he agreed that I should have been notified of the charge and adjusted off the labor not performed. I did have to pay $1200.19 for the parts not installed. I also sent the owner the email with all backup documentation attached and he DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND TO ME IN ANY WAY! Alpin Haus know they are the 800 pound gorilla and simply dont care to satisfy their customers! There are many smaller RV dealerships that can do a better job at a better price. Hide your credit card from them. I see many complaints online of Alpin Haus charging credit cards without authorization!

I have an older project ATV, which I inherited from a family member that passed away. I tried to finish off the work, but needed tires and some work done to complete the bike, which would still not start. The folks at Case recommended a set of name brand tires (at a good price), and agreed to do the work. They preformed the work, and did an absolutely stellar job. For a 20 year old project bike, it looks and starts up as you would expect a new bike to preform. They were excellent, and went over every single detail of what they did and what was wired to what. The price was great, and I was extremely impressed with them and highly recommend them as well.

He does outstanding good work for fair prices. Great family business: an RV campground, RV and parts sales, and full service of RVs. I get my travel trailer inspected and serviced here and also bought some tires. Kevin gave me sound advice, good and prompt service. The store is a little limited in accessories and fancy stuff, but they have absolutely every little part you could need. They have a complete catalogue and will order or special order anything for you and they stay on top of the order until received. Pleasant people to deal with. They have taken very good care of me. Worse experience ever. Took our 5th wheel in for a state Inspection and manufacturer recall. Went…read moreto pick it up, no tail lights, brake lights or turn signals. Landing gear bent and driver side wet bay door damaged. Left it there for issues to be addressed. We were offered to have a transporter bring the rv to our home due to them being closed from December 24th to January 2nd 2025. Transporter damaged our rv. Now dealing with basic insurance from transporter and Coltons not wanting to help with the responsibility of the damage to our rv. The damaged that occurred while hooked up to the transporters tow vehicle. So honestly, one star is not even deserved in this matter. Said part is, we were told everything would be taking care of by the service manager.
