I would give zero stars if I could. The service department is a complete joke. They can't keep a service manager employee if they tried. I bought a new RV in 2021 it was back 3 times in the first year for a water leak in the front. The last time it seem to be fix or so I thought. Over time it had rotted out the whole front structure of the camper. They tell me to bring it in and they will see what they can do. 6 weeks later they tell me they can't help and want to charge me to fix it. I think not. You'll never get another dime from me. Sorry to have to add another bad experience with service at Meyers RV. Bought a new 2022 Coachmen Catalina from the Branchville site and within 6 months, 5 major issues ( mostly factory construction defects) were found. One other commenter stated that they couldn't get service on a unit they bought elsewhere, but Meyers Brancville also refused to service my unit they sold! They could only suggest I take it another Meyers branch. Well, after numerous calls to the factory and the Meyers Harrisburg site, which has a very large service facility, that's what I did. That's a 3 1/2 hr trip for us, but they had good reviews, so I had some confidence they would fix everything. WRONG! Despite my giving them detailed info and pics of all these issues, they actually, and un believeably, didn't fix anything and then put completely false statements on the service report describing all their "fixes" in detail. I could not believe that this was happening, and I assumed their "repair" descriptions were primarily designed to get maximum payment from the factory under the warranty. No one else would believe this either unless you read this documentation and saw the before & after pics I took. The Meyers Harrisburg service rep begged me to bring the trailer back in and assured me they would rectify everything but, given the long trip and horrible 1st experience, I opted to take the trailer to Camping World in Lakewood NJ where they properly acknowledged my complaints, verified that Meyer's Harrisburg made no repairs despite falsely stating thay did, and properly repaired everything. Kudos to service rep John at Camping World and their team for not only fixing everything but working around our camping schedule! And in fact I was told "it is not our policy to service RVs not purchased here. We only service customer RVs." I purchased my brand new 2022 Keystone Sprinter in June of 2022. there where some items in the trailer that were damaged and covered under the warranty. I have email chains dating back since day 1 reassuring me that I would be taken care of. 1 year and 5 months later I still don't have my items and their service department doesn't seem to care. I was told by Keystone themselves that they contacted Meyer's and I fell through the cracks and to expect a call. Well, I still have not received a call and just reported them to the BBB. I'm paying $4800.00 to get my slide fixed after they said it was fixed. it was in warranty and they completely lied about it. they also said they fixed the generator. wouldn't start. they told me I ran it too low on fuel. wasn't true. I may have been low on fuel but generator stopped at half tank. I took it to a professional that cost $1000.00 and it had to be taken apart. switched we're bad replaced brushes once again should have been covered by warranty but service dept bs about that also. If I could could give no stars, I would. My husband and I purchased an RV from this dealership at a RV show last February (2023). We have been getting the run around ever since. There were several cosmetic repairs that needed to be fixed. These were all brought to the attention of our sales rep Doug. From a huge scratch on the main door to missing stickers to a huge dent on the outdoor kitchen (which was attempted to be hidden by a sticker) to a gouge in the wood on an indoor cabinet to the table being crooked, we were told that they would be fixed no problem. Now mind you, this was all on a brand new camper. It was not used. We went our whole camping season last year not too worried about it, but still going back and forth with them since it was only cosmetic and nothing major. We were told that everything would be covered under warranty while we not only went back and forth with Doug, but also the parts rep Siedha. Come August of last year, we reached out again. At this time we were told that everyone in the parts department was fired and a whole new staff was brought in because the previous employees were either not sending orders through, losing them, or just not writing them at all. We were asked to email pictures of all the defects. When we did, we came to realize that none of the employees they said were fired, actually were. This was the beginning of the long list of lies we were told. So we emailed all the pictures to Siedha. We had to constantly reach out to try and get any answers. Their famous line is "We will call you back." When they in fact do not. Fast forward to February 24th of this year, we went to the location to try and get some answers. At this point we even considered trading it in on a new one, when it didn't work we ended up dropping our camper off on February 28th for the repairs to hopefully be done. To this day, they still have our camper. We have had to cancel 2 camping trips already this year. We have another one planned May 31st-June 2nd and more than likely will have to cancel this one too. We have called several times and spoke to the sales manager Mark. Every time we would talk to him, he would say "I will get right back to you." Of course, he did not. When we would call to follow up, we are consistently told, he is out of the office for the next 3-4 days. When we were finally able to get a hold of him, he actually admitted that he forgot about us. He never looked into our situation at all. My husband finally spoke to the finance manger James who seems to be more helpful than the rest, but again its been 3 months and we still don't have our camper. It also is still winterized so before we can even think about going on another trip, that has to be done. If you are even considering this location, don't. My in laws also purchased a camper around the time we did, but they went to Alpin Haus. They haven't had one issue. I wished we would have done the same. Because Meyer's consistently screwed us over and lied to us, they ruined our relationship with them and the whole camping experience for us. read more

We purchased a brand new expensive 70k RV a few months ago & even purchased their extended warranty and have been extremely disappointed and frustrated with their customer service and support. The very first night we spent in the RV it was raining & the living room was leaking horribly, which tells me they did not do an inspection to ensure it is proper sealed. Our kitchen sink leaked as well, base trim is now falling off. I would expect that a brand new RV would absolutely be carefully inspected/tested for any leaks. One of the living room shades are broken (minor issue but still unresolved). The shower had a crack & small hole in it which they did repair but we were promised it would be replaced... this never happened. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership, I would never recommend anyone. read more

Not our first "rodeo" buying and trading trailers. They were terrific, and fair. We bought a barely used 2021 29TE Grey Wolf there. Catherine Jollie and Edel were very patient and responsive as salespeople, and John Fournier as the manager and finance person. We had to talk with the GM when a problem showed up on the trade, and were still treated fairly. Will be back to "test" the service department for the couple of things that need to be expected on these rigs, and some add-ons. Nothing major. I will say this - don't be put off by the building - the people inside rise to the occasion, even while the building is being worked on. read more

Im hesitant to even give one star. I purchased a brand new unit from Meyers at the 2021 Hershey RV show. After several months of owning the unit I noticed some issues that needed to be repaired within the warranty period. I contacted Meyers in Branchville and setup an appointment. However, during the weeks that they had my RV no repairs were made and I was told that all of the materials ordered arrived at the shop damaged during shipping. After many attempts to contact the service manager, it was learned that he was fired from Meyers and that none of the items that I needed to repair my RV were ever ordered. In fact no one at the Branchville location had information about my RV. 4 months passed and I was assured by 3 additional employees (managers) that I was on their top priority list. 6 more months have now passed and all 3 of those managers are no longer with the company. Now I am working with another person who doesn't return calls or email. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company because nothing is getting accomplished and I have to keep reiterating the same problems over and over. I keep getting the runaround by all the associates and they push the slow response for the repairs on the shoulders of the manufacture, which is not the case. Additional, when I called meyers and asked to speak with the general manager, I was told that he was unable to take calls and messages were left; this happened on several occasion. No calls were ever returned. Meyers does not seem to take care of the needs of their customers. Stay away from them. read more

My Wife and I were just out not really looking to purchase a RV...at that time they didn't have anything that fit our budget...We had specific things we wanted...we told them that the only thing that was not open to negotiation was the price and how much we would spend per moth on a loan...I really didn't think we would hear back from them...but a few weeks later they called...they said they had a RV that fit almost all of our spec's and within our price range...Man was I surprised when I saw the RV....It was even better than I hoped for...they people there are friendly..helpful..not pushy..they listen to our questions and gave direct helpful answers....And Yes I would recommend them.. read more

April 21 2017 I couldnt say enough about this place. Here we are Aug 21 2018 and Im extremely disappointed. The service dept manager, James, either needs more help or better management skills. We have waiting 1 year, yes you read that correctly 1 year for a new radio and speakers to be installed to replace the broken one, which is covered under our warranty we purchased thru Escape, only to find out noone ordered it the end of last season. So now back and forth beginning of this season they finally order this radio and speaker. Service comes out and its all wrong sizes. Now they place another order from Hong Kong. Im told in person we will come right out and install it when it arrives. 1 month later Im still waiting. In the mean time we have a leak in our slide. Service comes out and made some adjustments and its still leaking. Most likely because they didnt touch the area my husband told them it might be leaking from. I call back on a Saturday morning, 2 weeks later, and they said we will have service call you. Finally I spoke wtih Jen and she advised me the radio will be delivered Monday and we will call you Tuesday so we can do everything at the same time. Ok. Thursday i still did not receive a call. I call them and we were told we can not come out for 3 weeks. They "pencil" us in for 8-21. My husband takes off work and traveled 1 1/2 hours to find out James is not coming today. If he didnt call them they just werent coming. Now we are told Thursday. Jen then advised me we may not come then either!!! We will have to see that day if "James is too backed up" there are several other things that bothered me also during all of this mess but I could write a small story. I made 2 complaining calls already and spoke to Jen and I feel they really dont care. The day I was told in person they would come right out with the new radio we looked at a breand new Travel Trailer and in the fall we were going to trade in ours, that we purchased at Escape, and buy this new one.
