They've done work at several condominium associations on roofing from small jobs replacing loose and missing shingles to complete roof tear off and installing complete new roofs at several condominium associations. They also have done outside stair replacements. Removed old wooden stairs and replaced with composite materials for the new stairs. They've done complete fascia and soffit projects removing old rotted wood and replacing with new wood and painting to complete the project at condominium associations. I'll be frank and state I was not excited when I heard I needed my roof replaced. The first contractor ( I won't name names, but local) was extremely rude and impatient with me. They demanded I get the entire roof replaced. A girlfriend from my church recommended TRC completed her roof awhile back. They were very nice from the first call to the meet. understood my situation, knowledgeable, and recommended a repair. The repair toke a few hours and the roof has been great since. Total Roofing saved me a lot of money and if the resources for a new roof appear, I'll give them a call. Ask for Troy he was awful polite, my grandchildren thought he was funny. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. George darling was a wonderful person to work with he made sure that all the work was completed on time and according to my standards. They fixed my roof when no other company could do it right. They also repaired my drywall ceiling in one day and painted it perfectly. I called them Monday about a estimate and were at my house yesterday. Very diligent and courteous workers. I'd recommend them to anyone.. I live in Arlington Height's and they made the trip from the south side, which is impressive. I grew up near Dolton and only drive there if I have too. They completed the repair in a little over 2 hours and my leak was gone.The worker's were quite young ( I prefer experienced serviceman), but were very knowledgeable. This company completed our siding, windows, and roofing system in Dyer, Indiana in 2019. We had an extensive renovation on an older home that had cedar siding and needed to be updated to get the woodpeckers out of the house. Took about 2 full weeks to complete the full renovation and a few months until the windows arrived. Very timely and happy with the colors we picked. I am so happy I went with TRC for our project. We had 8 estimates for siding and roof replacement. None of the other companies compared to Total Roofing's process.
