While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did patchwork with asphalt and there were lots of black asphalt rocks all over, stuck to the driveway. This is probably the fourth time I've had my driveway done in the 27 years and I've never had this happen.
