While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

M&M sent a salesman, Gregory, who determined that the roof required replacement due to inadequate ventilation. I inquired as to why this issue was not addressed during the initial installation in 2010, and Gregory attributed it to the unavailability of the technology at the time. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made. Now I am trying to get in touch with the inside sales representative, Henry, but he is not responding.
