A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.

Scheduling is insane. It took me over 12 weeks to get in even though I told them I only had access…read moreto my insurance for 15 weeks and I'd initially been referred for six sessions. The scheduling person promised me they always had tons of openings if I got on their wait list, but the openings never came. (Then they told me it was because they kept those for established patients, but those also never opened up for me, so I think it's just extremely hard to schedule--and they can't or won't accomodate people who may need to get in sooner.) The physical therapist is pretty good and gives a lot of feedback. Some of the techs are good, others seem to be on a bit of a power trip or not paying attention and kind of just going through the motions. I think I had a different tech every time I went in. Working with the techs is often about the same as doing the exercises at home (with added bike/treadmill time); they don't really give good pointers or anything. Spooner is very slow about updating exercises in the app. You basically have to remind them. I'm glad the AC works again; it gets pretty hot in there. Also didn't realize there were more convenient locations when I booked, but that was my fault.

I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. As I told Aubrey (who was delightful), I will give it another go should I need physical therapy in the future, but I will monitor the claims closely instead of trusting the staff as I did the first time. Original review--- The care I was given by my Physical Therapist and staff was great. The fact that they over billed me for $172 and change and I am 3 months later still begging them to send me a check is ridiculous. I brought the error to their attention the end of Nov. and I have made at least 6 calls to the billing dept and each time I am given confirmation that they owe me the money but there is some excuse for why they can't/haven't issued a check for it. The customer (no) service rep I last spoke to yelled at me for complaining about the problem and told me I was yelling and then disconnected my call. The medical staff was great the accounting and business side is a disaster so beware of being over charged and not getting your money back!

Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Their therapists are exceptionally well trained and even their techs know exactly what needs to be done, from prep to positioning. I highly recommend T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy!

I liked the interaction with the coaches and the combine staff throughout the morning as they did a good job communicating with everyone as well as engaging the athletes. They did a really good job of explaining what the expectations were, how they will get measured. "World Class" so expected nothing less. If you live on this side of town, I would recommend as an option to consider to next the athlete to the next level. Lots of professionals uses facility not only here in Arizona but other athletes around the country & the facility grounds have a lot of equipment to accommodate all types of training and conditioning.

It is expensive, yes, but worth every penny. Their approach is completely integrated - they will oversee nutrition, training, psychology, and recovery in a world class facility. If you're motivated and fortunate enough to train at AP here are a few tips: Chris Brown makes the world's tastiest post-workout shake, the nutritionist Simin Levinson is a wonderful person and an excellent cook, so take her advice on kitchen matters, and if you can get your massages done by Eric Ford, do so - it will hurt but the man is a truly gifted healer. I just cannot gush enough about this place. It is worth saving up for either for yourself or for your athletic kids!
