But if you are looking for personal treatment, an at-home treatment plan and a calm atmosphere, this is not the place. It is large and loud with blaring (often annoying) music, a gym-style environment with an assembly line approach to treatment. Most of the time you are one of 8 to 12 people on one of the many tables lined up in double rows. Behind the tables is a ledge where clipboards are set. The "doctor" you are assigned to may spend 10 minutes with you out of the 60 to 90 minutes you are there. All the rest of the care is done by techs and assistants. Behind you someone calls out, "what's next for ______?" You are given an exercise and then the assistant runs off to the next person. When you finish what you are doing, you sit or lay there until someone notices you need to do the next item. All the while the music is so loud it is hard to hear yourself think. Many of the chairs in the lobby are so rump-sprung that they are hard to get out of. Combine that with an injury that makes it hard to leverage yourself out of the seat and it is problematic. The place doesn't feel that clean, maybe because of the gym-like environment. If you want personal treatment, people who work with you one on one during your appointment time and a plan that you can take home to work on, I'd suggest somewhere else. After a few visits to Pritchette, I made the change and have been very happy with my decision. UPDATE: I read with interest the review by the lady who was sent a medical lien after her son visited the practice. We were the recipients of the same. Not knowing what this was about, we asked someone who knows. I would highly recommend that each person educate themselves on this issue.

I told her I had very good insurance and I don't need to be charged and then she insisted that is there policy. I could come in and be treated but they would bill me later I have never had this type of ridiculous interaction with any company that was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield Network I would not recommend this company to anyone I will be looking elsewhere I cannot comment on the physical therapist because I never saw one but the girl who greeted me at the front desk told me all I need to know about this business

She listens and is genuinely interested in finding the best path forward. She doesn't just rely on labs but how I feel as well. She's helped with Hashimoto's, GI issues, as well as other issues in a Holistic manner. Before seeing Heather I was extremely frustrated with my healthcare plan. I've received injections of Traumeel for torn meniscus and bursitis which has made an incredible difference to my healing experience! Ryan has provided hands on therapy for a couple of years as well. I have a nerve or several nerves embedded in scar tissue weaving it's way through the unbelievably complicated rotator cuff/shoulder area. It's affecting me from the ground up in a number of ways. Some people just have a deeper understanding of the human body and how everything is connected. She has remarkable tactile sensitivity, and releases the tissue with razor precision. You can tell she is very skilled when it comes to pattern recognition and has seen many, many different people/conditions and is factoring that huge bank of data into the equation. VERY strong if you like that(I do), but is clearly capable of being more gentle if that's your thing. Always has a very warm, pleasant, comforting energy. I see, and have seen many different therapists for what I have been calling my 'meat suit Rubik's cube', and have spent the better part of the last decade correcting my posture, and Lee Ann is my goto at the tail end of all this. Not too many people out there on her level, at this price. You can bundle appointments and save money too. I just finished up a 3 pack of 2hr sessions, and will most definitely be getting another one of those. A prime example of 'money well spent'.
