I've been going for golfers elbow and they have helped me tremendously! They are very gentle and reel me in, when I'm the type of person who tends to push too far. The front desk team is super friendly and is awesome about accommodating a busy woman like myself. They did try needling on the first day and although I am a big baby about needles they were very comforting. I Totally Messed my knee up at the lake about a week ago and haven't been able to walk. Finally picked up the phone today and got myself an Appointment with Doctor Eric Hefferon. I went to Impact after a car accident left me with a stiff neck/whiplash. I worked with Dr Zoch and she was friendly and knowledgeable. It was not always business all the time, she really gets to know you and is always asking how my family is. She gets to know what your goals are and is always thinking of our next exercise and stretch. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, another professional PT stepped in and knew exactly where I left off with Dr Zoch. The staff was always friendly and kind to me. I looked forward to going to PT because of the staff and the great results I was achieving! I feel better and I have plenty of workouts and stretches to continue after my discharge. Impact is amazing!!! I went in for shoulder pain and Erin figured out it was my rib in 2 secs. She is an amazing doctor and am so glad I found her. I felt better in one session and honestly could have stopped after a few but felt it was so good for my health to keep going and progressing. She is a master of her profession! I've gone to Pt all my life for knee, hand, ankle issues and hands down she is the best I've ever met. I would highly recommend going to impact and doing whatever you need to do to get there. This review is long overdue, but it enables me to speak to the continued, excellent experience I've had at Impact Physical Therapy. I have received most of my treatment from Tina, and secondarily, from one of the owners, Eric. They've both been phenomenal. Their level of care and knowledge is far superior to typical physical therapists, and similarly, their approach is much more personalized. However, what further sets them apart is their kindness. It is clearly trickling from the top down, so whether it's Eric, Tina, the other therapists, or the front office staff, everyone is friendly and makes you feel 'at home'. It has been worth every penny to receive their superior care, and in particular, I can't say enough about my primary therapist, Tina. This is a great place for all sorts of physio in my opinion. For me, a month after some invasive back surgery I could barely walk and function without becoming tired within an hour. Liam and Eric quickly put together 3-4 exercises that were very simple yet effective to keep essential back movements improving without the fatigue that would not allow tolerating the times at this place but the same regime the other days at home. My compliments to all the staff. They adapt to the needs of each customer and it is clear that they care for each of their clients. I've been skeptical about physio places until now but this one has been very good for my recovery and I believe essential for bringing me back safely to a normal functioning of my back. I have been to several physical therapists and had by far my best experience at Impact. I had major soreness and pain in my back and neck that was restricting movement. I went to Impact and worked with Dave Balzer for 3 sessions and felt significantly better. I have not had any pain since those sessions. Dave was great to work with as a physical therapist. He spent the time to discuss my problem, identify the root cause and create a plan to get me feeling well again. Unlike other physical therapists I have worked with, it felt like Dave created a specific plan to address my needs instead of just a standard list of exercises. I had also never utilized needling and cupping before and was apprehensive, but Dave put me at ease. He educated me on the process and I saw significant progress from both treatments. While the initial cost per session and no insurance seems expensive, I actually ended up paying less because I needed less sessions and had significantly better treatment. The cost per session is higher, but the overall cost is very competitive. So, a competitive cost with the best overall treatment and customer service makes it an easy choice for me. I will absolutely come back to Impact, and Dave specifically, for any physical therapy needs in the future. read more

Dr Erin at Impact Physical in Scottsdale, AZ is the real deal. I suffered soft tissues injuries from a car crash that left me with pain in my neck and upper back, and tingling, numbness and weakness in my arms and fingers. I could not properly extend my neck or head or even move my head very much in any direction. I thought I would be living with this new pain for the rest of my life. I did not even know it could be corrected through physical therapy and deep tissue massage. The treatments realigned my neck and spine and relieved my pinched nerves. I am now pain free and continue to be even months after treatment. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Impact PT. I am a professional golfer and struggle with a lot of knee, hip and tight back pain. I've had chronic ankle injuries from playing soccer. I had major ankle repairs surgically over 7 years ago but every once in a while, my right ankle gives me issues. The practitioners at Impact have been amazing getting me back to playing (I've worked with all of them and they are all equally amazing!!). Dry needling has been amazing to decrease swelling after my two ankle sprains in the last year. Cupping is such a fun technique and something totally different than I have ever gotten at other PT clinics. They also taught be how to use kinesiotape to give me some extra support while I'm playing that makes me feel a little more stable while running. The front office staff is great and always so friendly and helpful. Macey, Ashley, Kelly, and Kelcey are always smiling and laughing which makes you feel right at home. When I first walked into Impact PT I was quickly greeted and met with the Physical Therapist right away. The Therapist stayed with me the whole time and educated me on things I could work on outside of PT. I really liked that I wasn't handed to a bunch of different techs as well as not having to answer the same question multiple times! This PT clinic is outstanding! I strained my back and neck in an auto accident and after a few months there was residual pain that worsened at times. My doctor referred me to Dr. Eric Hefferon (owner) and he is amazing! He was able to determine the cause of the pain and over the course of 7 sessions used a variety of techniques and exercises to resolve the issue. He also gave me a strength circuit to assist with osteoporosis. This is the best I've felt in a while and I'm so grateful!
