I like this place because it is small, with only two or three therapists working at one time. Everyone is very friendly and getting appointments was easy. I saw Andrew from week two until week six after my knee replacement. I made progress for the first month, but then started going backwards, and needed a manipulation. I came in for a consultation for abdominal separation 15 min early (this was the instruction over the phone so that I could fill out necessary paperwork). I didn't get in until 15 min after the time my appointment was scheduled for. That's 30 minutes of waiting! The PT appointment itself went smoothly. The therapist, Jordan, was knowledgeable and helpful. We came up with an action plan for core exercises together. It looks like they've changed owners or rebranded because this location used to be Landmark physical therapy, which is what most of the reviews on here are for. My review is completely based upon the billing, the actual service was fine. I was told up front that my insurance was not going to pay anything (my plan only covers PT after my deductible was met) and the visits would cost me $75 per visit. I'm now receiving bills for another $37.65 per visit totalling $112.65 per visit for basic PT. I find it hard to fathom how they could be so poor at cost estimations as to be off by 50%. I've had plenty of medical estimates be off by a bit, but never by 50% like this. So beware - what they tell you it will cost (and what you pay at the time of service) may be nowhere near what it actually costs you in the end. read more

I went to pt for my knee pain. I've been working with Mark for the past 6 or 7 weeks. My knees are so much better. When I come in we spend the time on him deeply working the area and electric stimulation. He expects me to do my exercises at home and I don't waste time at my appointment doing these. I went to see Mark for an issue with a tight and cramping calf. It was so bad that I couldn't run and I kept waking up with excruciating pain. He quickly diagnosed the problem as stemming from my hip-which really surprised me. I had therapy on my hip and leg and the issue cleared up within a week. They saw me right away unlike other places where you have to wait forever to get an appointment. I've since gone back for a shoulder issue and Mark fixed that too. I didn't know if I slipped a disc, strained my back or pulled a muscle, all I knew is that it hurt badly and I couldn't walk, sit, or bend without severe pain throughout my back. Mark diagnosed me in about 5 minutes. He said I would be better in 24 hours. I absolutely did not believe him. I expected a six week recovery. After he worked his magic, I felt much better not 100% but definitely 80%. He said that percentage would improve in the next several hours. By the next morning, I could walk, turn, twist, sit with little to no pain. The next day I went back in to be sure I was completely better and I was. ZERO PAIN! In three days, I went from not moving at all to playing golf. Mark is an incredible physical therapist. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a great team of Physical Therapists. I tried for the longest time, to avoid seeing anyone about my back. I was in denial and thought it would heal on it's own. After being extremely limited to what I could do in workouts, and just in everyday life, I was referred to Landmark Physical Therapy. From day 1, not only did my mobility increase, but I was reassured that I would be back to normal in no time. Mark at Landmark PT was amazing! I injured my left hamstring and glute, as well as my right shoulder over a year ago. Both were lingering injuries. I never believed In PT until I found Mark and his amazing staff. I have been going off and on for 2 years because of multiple issues. First I had numbness and tingling due to a slipped disc in neck. Mark did wonders for me and taught me how to work on the issue at home and it worked!! Then had rotator cuff surgery for a 100% tear and Mark had me playing tennis after only 3 months! I would sometimes see Shane who is equally as qualified as Mark (trained by Mark), and I have named him the "neck guru"! I have been to my fair share of physical therapy locations and nothing compares to Landmark. I have had multiple injuries and am usually displeased with the care I receive and don't find the PT to help much. I have found some places that I liked but Landmark changed my opinions forever. I have now had a large spinal fusion and the care I needed to receive had to be some of the best because I could not afford to have anything go wrong. Most places will have a patient seen by a physical therapist for an initial consult, or even a few minutes each visit, but then have assistants or students follow along and observe exercises. NOT at Landmark. The place is owned by Mark and he truly cares about the business and even more about his patients. There are NO assistants or students helping, you will be seen by a physical therapist from start to finish ever single visit. I found this hard to believe but it is true. It is an incredible value to actually get what you pay for and get REAL care every step of the way, that you can be SURE is accurate and professional. I have been seeing Shane for quite a while now for multiple issues and he is as good as them come. He has helped me through every injury I have had and changed my life forever with helping me with my spinal fusion. I have never been more surprised or pleased by a physical therapy location and Landmark deserves their spot as #1.
