I called JNN and they guaranteed they could get it out. Then Danny and Seamus showed up, and within 45 minutes of their arrival, had my car on their truck (most of that time delicately maneuvering my car into the right position). The most amazing part is they backed out of the driveway with my car first and the tow truck next in a skillful ballet I doubt I'll ever see again. These gentlemen knew exactly what they were doing without hesitation. They were courteous, patient, and friendly the entire time, never losing their cool or patience. If I am ever in a situation like this again they will always be my first phone call.

I had a horrible experience that led me to the shop, which was that I was scammed and the previous person destroyed the cosmetic appearance of the vehicle, they sanded it down when it didn't even need to be sanded, because it needed only paintless dent repair and not a new paint job, took off all interior door panels, door handles, and most other parts of the the vehicle were taken off and thrown in the back and it wasn't even driveable. None of the hail was repaired, there were multiple dings, and the scammer said they would replace hood and did not (the hood didn't even need replaced, only repaired.) Shawn, the owner at 5 Star has made my car look BRAND NEW. He took it upon himself to tell his team what had happened to me, and made a decision to help me out best financially any way he could. He saved me close to $2,000, he even did an interior deep detail without even being asked because of so much dust in the vehicle from the previous person. He re painted the whole car and the paint job is flawless. There were multiple loose parts broken from the previous person that 5 star had to call around to get replaced; and every single thing was put back in its place. When I saw the vehicle fixed I couldn't believe it was made to look like how I first bought it. This business is worth every penny and then some! Do not hire this company…read more This company prioritizes what is convenient for them over any burden they place on the public around them. I had a horrible interaction with a driver dropping off a car for a neighbor on December 4, 2022. The driver rationalized that because it was most convenient for HIM to position his truck across the street, and block traffic in both directions, everyone else who needed to get through to their own homes and to complete their own responsibilities could (i) either wait in the road or (ii) backup and go around the block. To be clear, there was no emergency. There was no imminent threat to life or other property. The driver could have pulled in front of the house and dropped the car on the street. The driver could have pulled his truck back far enough into the neighbor's driveway to allow traffic to pass around him. With no consideration for the burden placed on others, he chose what was easiest / most convenient for him. What was worse, when I finally got his attention, he came out into the street to my side of the car with tool in hand, raised voice, telling me the choices were wait 15 minutes or go around. He would not even discuss repositioning his truck so that I or the other cars waiting could get through. He walked off telling me to call the police if I didn't want to go around. His conduct (and his client's) scared my twelve-year-old daughter, who was sitting in the front with me. She worried that one of them would become violent and cried when we arrived home. After comforting my daughter, I called the company to report the interaction. I introduced myself and why I called and the receptionist hung up on me. I called a second time - no apology for cutting me off. In fact, there was never any concern expressed. The receptionist offered the same alternatives: go around the block or wait. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner, I was told that none were available on weekends; that I would have to call back tomorrow. I asked for the name of the driver and the receptionist said he was not authorized to give that information. All the receptionist could do was contact dispatch to confirm it was a company driver. This company failed to properly train its drivers on how to drop a car off and staff on how to deal with public complaints. Further, management/owners insulate themselves with protocols that apparently give employees free rein on nights and weekends. The company ethic is apparently "Do whatever you want and tell people to call the police if they don't like it." The receptionist didn't even ask for my contact information. I had to volunteer it. I will be shocked if management calls me back.

We called 5 or 6 different places before calling Tristens Towing and everyone had a 2-4 hour wait. Tristens Towing answered after 2 rings and told my husband it would be 45 minutes and the price was a lot less than what all the others were charging on top of it all. And they hooked up and were on the way to my house within 5 minutes of them getting to us! Definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow, crossing my fingers I won't need a tow truck for a while if not ever but they will be my first and only call for sure!! I got into an accident and my car was totaled they had it at another lot. The tow truck driver had to exchange their information with the lot where the car was, and it took a minute for them to even understand that they couldn't enter the lot without those things. When we finally got to the lot where the car was the driver then stopped and called someone to make sure they could tow the car away. I sent the payment and was still waiting for them to proceed. We waited 25 min for them to even start loading it onto the tow truck. Everything was fine they helped us put the car in the garage. So overall pretty okay for the price just the timing was horrible so if you are in a time crunch don't think to use them.
