Please people be careful. The young inexperienced kitchen staff are serving raw meat in the burgers. The burgers look cooked on the in side and way underdone on the inside.This is a safety PSA not trying to trash the place. I saw a lot of people buying for young kids which can be effectively hospitalized with food borne illness. As a parent of a "winter baby", I am always looking for an indoor facility to create a unique experience to celebrate a birthday. Total Turf is the complete package. The staff was awesome from beginning to end. The party leaders were on point, patient and hands on with all the kids (5 year olds-ish). Since February I've had to return a few times for other events/things and still no issues. The inside has a convenience stand with pizzas, nuggets, popcorn etc. There is an arcade section and tons of hard wood courts for multiple sports, several Turf fields (obviously!) Indoor and outdoor and party and meeting rooms. I'm pretty sure there are parts of this place I have seen yet. There is plenty of parking, but with so many events going on At any given time expect some behind the building parking. There is an entrance in the back. I didn't see an entrance to the outdoor field from the back so you may have to walk around the building. read more

I am very disappointed with the NFL flag at total turf. This establishment is poorly ran. They also falsely advertise an indoor venue when most of the games are held outdoors . When u complain they say u signed a waiter in the contract. "How convenient" How bout advertise what you actually are and how you operate ! Having 2 games inside while the rest are outdoors in 30 degrees rain or shine is not a fair description ! It's deception to sell a service. Drive 30 min to still be outside !! No thank you. These two young, immature employees we're playing around in the complex. They purposefully moved a bench in front of a single person restroom (I because their colleague was in there). I thought that it meant it was just out of order, so I sat on the bench. little did i know the unsuspecting employee rammed the door open. I apologized because I thought it was on me. He later found the two boys and started to laugh. I did not get an apology from either one of them, and you guys need to find some employees who do their job and know not use their workplace as a playground. read more

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. This is the most poorly run facility I've ever experienced. The adult leagues have absolutely no organization and high school teams are permitted to play in any league they choose. So if you are an adult looking to play, be prepared to be smothered by kids who are young enough to be your kids. There is no verification of ages, and teams who have been proven to win in the A divisions are permitted to play in the B division if that's what they choose to sign up for. Furthermore, the refs allow these teams to physically abuse other teams simply for their amusement. So yeah, if you want to be injured this is a wonderful place to play. But if you're looking to play to have fun this is the absolute worst place ever. As a side note, after playing here for several years, it is clear that there is no respect for their paying customers. The seasons never start on time and games are frequently double booked or changed at the last minute without warning. This is not an issue that started due to covid either, they just have terrible management and scheduling. read more

Can't really tell you how great the facilities are since they waited until 18 hours before my venue was to start to cancel my paid reservation. Paid two months in advance and they gave me 18 hours notice that they would be cancelling my event. My husband and I just got done at an Eagles signing and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! There was personnel every where and answered all questions by every person in line. The transition once the line started moving was so smooth and painless. My husband recently went to a "dynasty signing" for the eagles and all of the players got up and left and he didn't even get what he paid for. Waited for 6 hours! Here, that was not the case at all! Only waited a total of an hour and a half! It was perfect, great experience! The facility looked clean and very kid friendly. Wish I lived in the area to enjoy this all the time! Total turf needs to reevaluate their program. For starters they have 7/8 year olds playing in a 5/6 division, which makes absolutely no sense. Our team played in a championship game today. We went undefeated all season. We played the first two games of the bracket and won. We played the last game; and it went into overtime. We scored a touchdown that was called by not one but TWO REFS. A third ref who was the furthest from the play, said it wasn't a touchdown. And the call was overruled. How does ONE ref overrule TWO that were closest to the play? Furthermore, the play was on video, and you can CLEARLY see the touchdown. The refs said they didn't want to see the video. I know the game is about the kids, but if it is for the kids then call the correct plays. It seems like they saved the WORST refs for the most important games. This is the third year we have played in this league and it seems like the organization and overall competence of the game is going downhill. read more
