Once you step inside, you are mesmerized by flashing lights, arcade games, and neon paint galore! We did the Monster Mix Package which came with a round of golf & enough left over for Bowling and a few Arcade games. The cards are reloadable so you can add more funds if you run out. We started with bowling. The balls were more of a skee ball size which actually made it more fun. I lost but in my defense, I asked for bumpers! Next up was the mini golf. This was the best course I've played on. The artwork was insane. I couldn't stop staring at the walls and all the details put into making this a work of art. Again, I lost but I was distracted. Can you blame me?? Finally, we ended the day with some arcade games. All the games we played cost one ticket per game which was super affordable. We were two adults and had an amazing time. And big kids plow through 3 year Olds like nothing! My wife says they have items that change put every so often, but when I was there the had 2 slides a hot air balloon slide and a climbing thing. Super soft so kids don't get hurt. All great for kids 5/6 and under. Please don't eat inside of here... and keep an eye on your kids in here. Please. It's a great place to unwind for adults as kids run around like crazy! It's free and it's usually pretty crowded! Good luck with finding a seat inside lol!

Don't worry, the paint balls don't hurt but you'll get red marks on your body but no bruises! Do come an hour early to sign in and get your equipment. It took us awhile to get situated and geared up so we lost about an hour of game time. Otherwise, we still had a great time and will be scheduling another time to come again.

It's honestly very much needed, as you only have an hour to prepare. The staff makes sure everything runs so smoothly for the couple hours of party and eating time. The only thing that ticked me off during the experience was the handling of the party add-ons. They tried to pull a fast one on us with prices and "added fees" which are not displayed on their information documents. As a full-time working mom, I do wish that were options for free play on the weekends, but I do understand the reasoning for not.

Gotta say; they were right. While the park WAS a bit crowded, there was still enough room for everyone to get a "lane" to sled. I particularly liked how there was a big hill, for the teens and more adventurous types, and then a smaller, but still useful hill for the little ones. (Also, if you came in basically sideways, where the entry way to the park is, it was basically a medium sized hill.) There is a playground and tons of open space, and even though it was PACKED, there was a lot of room for parking. Signage was a little off, as there is a "bridge" in the parking lot, and someone literally drove their car off of it in the snow, because it wasn't marked. *shoulder shrug* I'm nitpicking at this point. I'm sure this park is just as nice in the nice weather, and it's definitely our first stop for sledding if an when it snows again.

I'm standing there thinking about how we used to eat at the Kmart Cafe before the Birds game on a Sunday afternoon in ninth grade. Ahh, life was simpler then. Now I'm trying to explain to my kid that he cannot go any farther into the wave pool because he doesn't know how to swim. Does he understand? No. Does Brian McKnight understand what I'm going through? Apparently not because he's serenading me like I'm sitting alone in my bedroom staring at an old photo album. I'm just asking for a little more BPM. I'm not saying turn the place into Disney Jr. radio but maybe we can at least move the R&B selection from "Anytime" to something with a little more bop. The music selection is so bizarre and noticeable that it actually became one of the defining parts of my experience. At some point I started wondering if I needed to be evaluated for some sort of condition. The fact that I'm writing this review probably means I do. As for the rides: my five-year-old absolutely loves them. He'll pretty much go on anything except the two rides tucked into the corner of the park. One lifts you way up into the air for a nice view of the park and the other spins you around real fast. Everything else is extremely tame. My eight-year-old daughter will do everything and is gradually getting bored with a decent chunk of the ride section of the park. She absolutely loves the rock-climbing wall and rope course, though, and would probably spend the entire day going back and forth between those two if I let her. She also loves the entire water park. One big tip is if you're local, keep an eye out for the Black Friday season-pass sale. They usually have a fantastic deal and if you're planning on going at least twice over the course of the year, I'd strongly recommend just buying the season pass when it goes on sale over the holiday. I believe it's around $80 per person for the season pass, give or take $10. I honestly don't remember the exact price. Friends of mine who went recently said they paid around $50 per person for a single day. I do not think it's worth it at that price. Overall the kids love it, there's plenty to do, and the water park is adequate for kids. Just be prepared for the possibility that you'll spend your afternoon fighting the waves while Brian McKnight emotionally transports you back to a relationship you haven't thought about in 20 years.
